I love Manchu Wok have since I was a kid!! My only complaint is being back the general Taos and honey garlic all week!! I’m not sure why you guys decided to start doing only honey garlic Thursday- Saturday and general Taos Sunday- Wednesday. It has lost my business several times just because I happen to be at the mall on the day the general Taos is there and not Honey Garlic. Great noodles and chicken!! Just do it all week please!

I’m very disappointed that I was unable to get a cup of water at this restaurant. I was informed they only sell bottles of water. During my recent survey, I discovered that every other restaurant in this food court will offer free cups of water. Even though cups were clearly visible, I was informed that I could not get water in them. A sleeve of Styrofoam cups is so cheap it is almost free. It would not cost this restaurant much to serve some water to keep customers happy. I will not be purchasing food again at Manchu Wok until this changes.

Chicken is not cooked properly. All dry from inside. Even the food is not tasty. Ever worse food I had in canada. Wont recommend anyone to try even. Stay out of this outlet in cataraqui

Portions are always too small, and Rice is undercooked. The recipe for the noodles has changed over the years and got worse. Overall, I do not recommend this place. Especially not for the price of $20 a person, you can easily go to places like Sakura for an extra $5 for great food and all you can eat. I don’t know why this place is still in business.

I've never had a problem with the staff, they've been actually pretty friendly any time I've stopped there. The food on the other had well it could be a lot better. The quality isn't there anymore. This place used to be a decent. You should probably stop selling fake chicken nuggets as chicken balls. Step it up guys!

I rarely leave reviews although this is my second and last time giving this place my business. The woman serving PAYING customers could not be more unpleasant to deal with. Not to mention I got a meal for my 11 year old daughter that cost 19.00 which consisted of 5 small pieces of chicken and some dry rice. I inquired as to why there was barely any meat and was told that I could pay a surcharge and get more. The cavalier and prima Donna attitude of this woman and her monotone fashion of responding to customers is appalling. How they are still in business and seemingly thriving is beyond me!Small market I suppose, although there are much better quality Chinese spots in town ?
