By far the worst McDonald’s location in Kingston, I don’t know if it’s purely incompetent staff or what it is, but every time I order food here items are missing or the food is simply incorrect. Today (New Years Eve) I ordered 2 Buffalo snack wraps and I received mayo instead of the spicy Buffalo sauce it’s supposed to come with. Needless to say I will not return to this location again.

This use to be a great place to get coffee and some food. But management have hired all family or friends and grossly understaffs the place in order to save money. All the employées save for a couple have been let go or forced to quit, to make room for the managers family and friends. If you are not Indian, Pakistani, or punjob, your not getting a job here. Goal of the woman running this is to replace all caucasian employées with family and friends. Despite massive impact of quality and speed of service.

Sloppily made food and the drive-thru line often takes ages. They also sometimes have a lot of trouble understanding customers through the order box thing.For what it's worth, it's still mcdonalds and is open 24/7.

If you wanna get something that isn't Popeye's, Wendy's, Loblaw's food or Dollarama, I would say this McDonald's is best Definity not because it's closest to my school or anything, ok maybe, but if you think you are gonna be late for class just hop on a Kingston transit you can just walk over to the transfer point, I usually get a McNuggets happy meal or a burger, fries and drink, friendly staff and bathrooms sometimes clean, people don't flush toilets anymore I swear, it's either urine or poo not flushed, But I go here the most because I get hungry after the second class I haveParking: not that many during school breakKid-friendliness: Kids can eat here but not play in a playplace

That McDonald's was remodeled in the last few years but there are more homeless people at that location. Ask counter staff and they will unlock washrooms for you.

Manager seems to lock the bathroom now and you need to ask to get it opened. As someone who isn't too hot on social situations sometimes, I do not like this at all. I shouldn't have to ask someone to use the bathroom at a McDonalds. Food is like any other McDonalds though, they have fine seating and generally food service. The bathroom thing is very frustrating though.

I ordered a big Mac meal with no salt. The order came and the fry box had barely any fries inside and the big Mac had way to much sloppy sauce on it and they only put 1 meat paddy on it.Got attitude from the female manager and her putting her fingers all over the burger
