The renovation was awful..so,shocking! So,stark and empty feeling.Only one tiny kiosk ..no employees omg.So,stark! No menu on the wall..kiosks to order from.Only a tiny table for napkins..and the 2 napkin holders were empty.Took forever for the food.Never coming back.

No customer service what so ever when dining in!! Waited 5 minutes to ask for ketchup and napkins. Waited 15 minutes and gave up to let them know there was no toilet paper in the ladies bathroom. Decided to just continue on with my day and go at my next stop. But all four rolls were empty- how does that happen? I get being busy, but have you not checked the bathrooms at all? Should’ve be checked once an hour. What if I wanted to order food? There was nobody at the front counter.

I stop into this McDonald's each morning for coffee. They are some of the most personable staff there is, it is always a friendly and welcoming environment. They are quick to prepare orders and always quick to share a smile and laugh.Parking: Plenty of available spots, even at its busiest times there is available parking.

What a terrible experience! 20 minutes for my order to be ready! The remodel is awkward and not user-friendly. The food is not appetizing, it's bland and served cold. Why has the self serve drink station dissappeared? What happened to McDonald's? It's all about adults and not for kids anymore. I will not return to any McDonald's.
Wrong breakfast sandwich order, wrong iced coffee order despite the staff asking X's 3. Breakfast sandwich I did get on top of being incorrect was crusted and hard all around the edge. Husband's coffee was wrong as well.

Ordered 2 mcchickens, 2 drinks, and 2 medium fries- got a spicy mcchicken and a Big Mac, gave us only 1 straw, and ignored us when we asked for ketchup. Disappointing - also found out later that the burger was burnt
