The garlic fries poutine is the best poutine I have ever had in my life, 10/10 worth every penny

Very overrated. Burger tasted like it was made the day before. Great service though

Has some redeeming qualities, but overall not a great meal, for a sky-high price.I had the OG Wagyu burger, and while the patty was extremely juicy and flavourful, the burger as a whole fell flat; the bun was good but maybe half the size of the patty, after paying $3 for cheese I could only see the faintest trace of what looked like two shreds of cheese on the burger, the caramelized onions while delicious were heaped on and overwhelmed the rest of the flavours, the bacon was extremely tough and almost impossible to chew so the entire strips came out on my first bite (it was excellent bacon I would've loved on a breakfast plate, but not at all something that should be put on a burger). The poutine was so-so, good fries and tons of really good cheese curds but a really light-coloured gravy, maybe made of chicken stock or having cream added or something, not an authentic dark Quebecois poutine gravy. Ordered a small poutine with my burger and the poutine was definitely on the upper side of what I'd consider a medium, way more than I could finish with the burger at lunchtime, and I'm a guy with a big appetite; hate to waste food so I wish the small was more apt to its name.Paid $37 for the meal, which is pretty crazy for a burger, small poutine, and drink; I thought another known-to-be-expensive burger chain with a location in town is expensive at $22 for a combo with fries, but $37 is in the territory of a steak dinner, and while the patty was great I'd say the burger as a whole put it below the competition of chain competitors, as well as other local gourmet burger joints. If they could drop their prices by half and improve the rest of the burger to stack up with the patty, I'd probably be here way too often.

Great food, friendly staff and the pricing is on par with other similar types of restaurants. Colocated with a bakery as well.

Straight up the best burger I've ever had. It's a bit pricey so it's a treat yourself kind of meal, but its worth it for a special occasion or just to try a wagyu burger.

Ate here this week. If you're going, go hungry. Portions are large, the small poutine was much larger than I expected.Poutine was good! Fries were crisp, gravy was tasty and the plenty of curds.Burger was decent. It's a bit pricey for a smash burger but it's worth a try.Pros: good food, friendly staff, clean store. Also, there's a bake shop in there, the donuts looked delicious!Cons: prices are a bit highoverall I'd go back with friends, but not on my own for lunch. Take someone here on a casual lunch date, or a friend from out of town. It's worth a visit, you should eat here.

We’ve been wanting to try otter creek for a while ! And we were in the mood for a good burger and we got it! We opted to order two combos and share so we could try more options. We put our order in on their website and it was ready right on time! Their site had full description and pictures of all menu items and was easy to navigate, order, and pay - high five to whomever developed it.Lil Smoke eh Canuck on a brioche bun was delicious and so flavourful. Every bite was mouth watering. It’s a sweet and savoury option that comes across very gourmet.lil thousand islands was exactly what I expected and very satisfying. Big Mac flavour but better ingredients. The 3oz patties are thin so if you want meaty you need to double up. But be warned wagu has a lot of fat/marble so 3 oz will still sit heavy. The fresh cut fries are perfect and so appreciated. We tried the garlic fries and poutine. The garlic fries were delicious and so buttery - I would ask for more parmesan cause I’m a sucker for it. I was a little disappointed with the poutine only because there wasn’t enough gravy to melt my curds. But the gravy was tasty and the curds were nice and squeaky. If you are looking for a good burger I would recommend. It’s a little pricey but the quality and service is worth it. I would return and would love to try some of their other items too ❤️? ps if you want dessert Macs bakery has great options.

We were passing by Kingston and called the Wilton Cheese Factory to ask if they sold any poutine with their cheese curds. They said no, but recommended Otter Creek Kitchen who uses their curds. The kids loved it and begged me to stop by on our way back too. Burgers and salad were excellent as well.

Great burgers, except I had salad myself. Girlfriend said she loved the burger, I had the seasonal Buddah Salad, so good ?, thanks guys !!!Vegetarian options: Got the Buddah salad, a great mix of salads, vegetables and quinoa. It was a hefty plate for the large.

Fantastic! Its not everyday you come accross a restaurant that serves burgers so good they should be on a tv show! Its insanely fresh, tasty and portions are generous! Tried their garlic fries and i mean things just kept getting better. I was the only client and it was around 2pm but if this place is packed i would pull up a lawn chair and wait or sit down and make friends with perfect strangers!Thank you for the delicous experience! As Arnold would say : " I'll be back!"
