Not sure what happened but my pita look absolutely horrible, Team Member Jacob was pulling sizeable sections of the pita apart and throwing it in the garbage … he said “it exploded”. It was absolutely horrible looking. Ingredients and pieces of pitta were going straight in the garbage. I couldn’t imagine any customer being served such a thing. I kindly asked if he was going to make another one. He replied saying it was just fine and reiterated twice asking if I wanted it grilled. I sensed an attitude with his dynamic and response. At that point I requested a refund. The young lady who initially placed my order was very polite and helpful however, Jacob not so much! ?

Love the drive thru! The service is inconsistent but I always come back for the drive thru! Food and smoothies are delicious!Vegetarian options: Falafel is great! I always see them grill it on a separate section. Tons of options for vegetables! Smoothies are made with real fruit.

I've been here 3 times and it is not up to Pita Pit standard.Usually out of key ingredients, dirty (hair in food bins)and they do not heat the food to the full time (literally the guy put it on there, put someone else's on there, flipped it, pulled mine off grill and into my wrap, then gaslight me about it)All of these moments were off peak.Dietary restrictions: GF options, but will not follow glove protocol even when asked.

Visited at 3pm on Saturday 17th - inside of the restaurant was completely filthy with no clean tables whatsoever. Pita's were absolutely filled with sauce and immediately fell apart - almost inedible. 0 care to putting them together.

Don't order from Uber eats, skip the dishes or doordash, for some reason food always looks opened, missing portions, their own customer service doesn't care when they already have your money. They don't care about the drivers and the drivers are making fake accounts and ruining peoples food if you order in any form of frequency.1 time a week 4 times a month. 4 times a week every week. Once a month you might not have an issue.Pita pit still makes good food but really disappointed in the delivery from Uber eats and the packing being all ripped and tampered with.Hopefully pita pit will do something about unsafe food delivery.

This is not the first time I have had a pita from this location where there are little to no toppings added. I ordered through the app, pick up went fine. My two pitas were not labeled which was which ( both were regular size, whole wheat pitas)Neither wrap had barely any sauce. I literally opened mine to see if any was even added, and it was just a gob at one end ... I had two sauces put on.I will attach photos of my list of toppings, vs what my pita looked like.This is so disappointing.
Always good food. Healthy Options, Free parking and price is similar to other similar options.

So good I went a few days in a row.Staff are super helpful, friendly and even sold me a gift card and saved me 5 bucks on my order.Food is always good but lately it's been even better.
This was our first time to this pita pit and food was very good! Servers aren't shy with the toppings. The house pita chips are always to die for. The servers were friendly. Overall a pretty good experience !Vegetarian options: Lots of delicious vegan and vegetarian options foe topping and sauces, black bean, falafel or haloumi for protein.
