The pizza was totally a disaster. No taste nothing. I can taste just tomatoes it was veggie medium pizza. The chunks of tomatoes was so big it was like I’m eating a tomato pizza.

Great place. The women and man who served me definitely deserve a raise (ordered on march 28 at 7 30 pm). Asked me if I needed plates, napkins, etc. Very poltie and courteous. Pizza is excellent as well.

Pizza Hut needs to realize they are fast food Pizza. They live in the span of Pizza Pizza now.1 Large Pep, stuffed crust with mozza sticks and two marinara sauces (one free)... $50!!!Again... $50!!!!!!!!!!In ALL honesty their stuffed crust is just 5% better than what you can buy in the grocery store. Their mozza sticks shouldn't be on the menu... M&M Meats, Loblaws, their frozen section has better offerings!Best thing about this order was the sauce, decent marinara sauce.For less than $50 you can get real pizza in Kingston from Tata's or Ginos... Don't waste your money!

Ordered from Uber eats, they sent weird chicken nuggets instead of wings. Uber only refunded $2. I called the location and they blamed the driver saying he must have mixed up our order. We had other items so it would be an insane coincidence if that happened. Honestly what terrible customer service. Order and hope you get what you asked for. Also the pizza from this location is disgusting!! Very soggy. Stick to the actual restaurants for decent pizza not this little place that seems to be just for delivering to students I guess. Won't be ordering from this location again.

Yesterday I ordered a pizza box deal and despite mentioning my name to the female employee there alphabetically and spelled it for her, she refused to write it on my receipt. Also the guy who runs this place thinks he is the smartest person in the world and sometimes he makes assumptions that can’t be categorized as mature professional’s actions. I will not visit this place again if I see these behaviours again. They only expect European customers and I am not European in race. Next time I will complain officially to the Pizza Hut Canada main office so that these rude individuals should be officially disciplined.

Went to this Pizza Hut after an error from the Bath Road location and dealing with customer service who said there was a credit on the account, when in fact they didn’t. The manager at the Princess st location was very emphatic and caring to the situation. He did what he could and really made the situation better even though he was not responsible for the error on either end. Definitely pleased with this Princess St location and will go back.

I think the quality of food here is excellent. I enjoyed everything. The customer service was great, too. The staff member recommended I order something slightly different so I was getting the same food but at a cheaper price. I highly recommend this Pizza Hut

I have ordered from this Pizza Hut using Uber eats on multiple occasions and every single time they fail to get my order right. I’m not sure if the staff are just not paying attention to the orders or if this specific location sells out of items and replaces them with the “next best thing”, but even if that’s the case they should send a notice and offer the customer a replacement or refund like every other establishment in Kingston does. This is extremely frustrating as I’d rather my money back than something I don’t want/possibly allergic to but oh well I guess you can’t expect good service from everywhere. I normally love Pizza Hut so it is not my intention to bash on the company I just hope that this review reaches the right people so we can see some change when situations like this occur.
