Could have given not even 1 star. Ordered through uber eats today (April 9, 2024) around 10 pm. When the order came half of the pizza was burnt other half was not even cooked. Second, i have serious pineapple allergies and in instructions it was clearly written we want pineapples on half but they seems to not care! Cauliflower bites don’t have cauliflower they just have loads of oil. It was not edible and then called the store 4 times but they don’t bother to answer. Poor service!! Surprised that being a regular there you get your food like this!

I recently ordered a Backyard BBQ pizza from Studio Pizza, with high hopes given its $17 price tag. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying. The primary issue was the dough – it was undercooked and lacked that perfect pizza base consistency. Even after requesting a remake, the problem persisted; the center remained doughy and raw, while the edges were overdone.Another problem was the BBQ flavor, or rather, the lack of it. For a pizza named 'Backyard BBQ', I expected a distinct smoky taste, something to set it apart. However, it fell short in delivering those characteristic BBQ flavors, leaving much to be desired.Overall, the quality of the pizza did not match its price. I don't recommend.

I ordered a pizza through Uber Eats and when it arrived it had all the wrong toppings including not vegan cheese. Since we have allergies in the house, my wife called to ask what can be done about this and was met with a rude and unapologetic employee that basically kept telling us it was the right pizza and we were wrong. She wouldn’t let my wife explain what was wrong. I called back after their phone call and the female employee finally admitted it had the wrong toppings after asking the employee cooking the pizzas and told me to take it up with Uber and hung up on me. Over priced pizza for the quality and horrible customer service.Dietary restrictions: I wouldn’t trust this business if it’s a severe allergy.

Craving an Indian style pizza ? Ask for Aman and ask her to make you a spicy Indian style Pizza. You can’t find this anywhere else in Kingston. Don’t expect an Italian style pizza here. Best part about this place is that you can have the pizza made as you like. The ladies working this place are very polite and accommodate requests with politeness.

I had bad experience there. A worker with rmultiple red bracelets was.annoying. She showed weird attitude to me. Even she was in bad tone with other working girl. That was totally a disrespect. I visit there for pizzas not for the attitude.
