The food has gone downhill while the prices go up. They charge you higher prices at the register than what's listed. I only have good experiences when Summer is working there.

Bread was stale, steak was chewy, bathroom is always out of order, tables were dirty, and they still don’t have extra condiments, utensils, straws or lids out and saying it’s because of Covid.

Quiznos bath rd.....ordered a sub today @ 11:45am thru delivery.Sub was missing extra toppings and cheese but they threw a spoon and soy sauce in the bag. Why?Manager watch employees closer

Chicken in my sub was rubber. Not hard to see why this franchise is slowing dying...As bad as Subway now, yet they continue to thrive???

No complaints about food but the person at front is rude and isn’t helpful.I am vegetarian and when I ask him to change gloves . He clearly change it that day but from next time onwards , he started avoiding me and never attend me and go at back whenever I come in.Today, all of a sudden he rudely said everything ( every veggies)are in touch with meat. If so , why didn’t he explain this to me the other day ( the day he change gloves and make wrap)That’s totally bad customer service attitudeVery poor experience . If everything is in touch with meat, why you fooling people and putting options for Veggie items.Extremely frustrating and stressfulI would never come to this place.Girl working here at cashier spot is nice and friendly .

Received my sandwich with chicken and mushrooms barely and carbonate sauce and no lettuce or anything. Terrible sandwich. Phoned and complained, and there was no return call.
Placed the order on mobile, they had my food ready on time. Everything was as ordered and was tasty.Good service, much appreciated.

Prices are too high. Costs 4.10 plus tax to add a drink and a bag of chips that wouldn't cost 2 bucks. Also what happened to the extras? They won't give anything that used to be in the flavor stations.To reply to the owner. I only asked for the extra toppings that were listed. I got a snarky reply that it's not offered anymore. And for the price of the meal, I think I should be able to get a few peperoncini if I want.
