I really want to give a shoutout to the employees here. I left my wallet on the table at this location with a considerable sum of cash and all my IDs, credit cards etc. I realized it about an hour later and went back with little hope of finding it but someone has found it and turned it to the barrista who safely put it in a safe. To me, this shows tremendous customer care and I feel this is deserving of a great rating.

Best Starbucks in town. The staff and service is the reason to come here, although it does getting pretty busy in the mornings. Cheers and thank you from a previous Uber driver being the best in Kingston.

Very busy Starbucks, but shoutouts to the staff, they are incredibly productive and friendly at the same time! Very clean with its own parking ?️ and little terrace! Definite stop when travelling!
More of a locals only/ student focused location, buddy was very friendly and offered my gf and I each a shot of the nitro brew. Vibes are quiet and chill and even in summer months it’s relatively more quiet than other busier locations and it’s a good spot to study. Bathroom was clean and there’s free parking out back.

Not really a Starbucks guy, but I was working closeby and there was no where to get a large double double in the area.Parking: Located at the side of the building, there are only about 10 spots available. The rest of the parking lot requires some sort of parking permit or risk getting towed. This location is more for local residents and Queen's University students residing nearby.

The staff are generally nice, but the store is disorganized and seems to lack some proper management. This is a busy location, so as a result, the store sometimes comes across as being very chaotic. They would sometimes make drinks for the staff before helping customers who have waited for a long time. But, shoutout to Andrei, he's always nice!
