This is the Best Swiss Chalet we have ever been too. We have found lately that the Service, the Food and Specifically the quality of the food has drastically gone down and we have been avoiding going. Yesterday to save us driving around we ended up going to this location and Wow were we surprised. First off the staff, welcoming, polite and so friendly. Our order was taken quickly and served quickly and it was such a pleasant surprise. The 1/4 Chicken was actually a 1/4 Chicken and had all the skin on it. We had an excellent amount of french fries instead of the pitiful handful most locations serve. Over all it was like stepping back in time to a good quality for the money restaurant. Thank you to the staff, all of you were great ???

Went here for lunch after the movie.i ordered a hot rotisserie chicken sandwich upgraded to poutine for one of my sides. My order came to me in good time.Just have a little tip for you. You can sub regular gravy for chalet sauce on poutine as my server suggested that option to me. I had eaten a 1/4 sandwich and found the string was in chicken, so I told my server she wanted to make another one. I didn't have time for that. The server came back and said my meal was compt and they included a free dessert also. I am very happy with the resolution. I will go back it is good value for money. My issue was resolved without me asking.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance and building is at ground level.
Our server(Lily?) was perfect! Made sure we were satisfied, but didn't hover or overstay her welcome. Dinner was consistently delicious. Best fries from any restaurant, imo.

Their chicken was delicious as usual, but in my opinion the ribs was the best dish, so tender and tasty. The pie was great as well! Very nice staff, but usually crowded and has birthday party, so it takes time to get your table, we had to line up to 40mins. But it worth the wait. Food was fantastic, dessert was good. Quick service, decent price.
