Service and atmosphere are great when it's open, but I've spent 3 lunch breaks this month walking over to find out they are closed hours early, won't be returning for lunch anymore sadly :(

Everything was under cooked. Leak in the package and they refused to admit that they messed up. I told them that I sent someone to pick it up and it was already mispackaged they replied to me and said “next time you come pick it up then” I was shocked lol. They also got 3 orders wrong.

Easy spot to grab food when working.Love the service, as I am a frequent customer it's nice to see the staff welcome you in, and make conversation.Never had any food issues, or mistakes with my order, and the service times were quick.Thai Soup is my number one item.General Tao's Mango is my second.Dine in space is lacking, and awkward sometimes at counter with tables close to where you order and needing to step back to read the menu boards.

**Update: Thai Express Management (Head Office) reached out to me. Their customer service was excellent.I preordered my food 15 minutes before I got there because I had a tight timeline. I arrived to grab food, the place was empty and they hadn’t even started my order. It literally took them 1 min to make my dish. I got home to eat it and it was barely hot and my Chicken and rice dish was a soup. It was awful. The worst $20 I’ve ever spent.

Disappointed. Was looking forward to having a quick lunch out after a long work week. Ordered the Pad See Ew with chicken - received it with tofu instead and only realized till I got home. Went back, got my correct order but the noodles are all cut up/small chunks instead of being long noodles and lack of broccoli. (Photo attached)

The worst experience ever had, we spent $45 for 2 bowl and they made my order completely wrong. When we went back to let them know after 2 mins, tiny guy at the front started arguing with us very loudly in front of other customers. We left our food there without getting our money back. Guys think twice before you go to this restaurant. Very poor customer service. Never returning back

I usually love this location, but today I went and the food was so bad. There isn't nearly enough sauce, and it was spicy despite me asking for mild. I am so disappointed. We only get thai express as a treat.
