I wouldn’t trust anything the servers touch, there is a server(named Sofia) who is sick working there and she was eating food in the pass(where the cooks hand the servers food) besides other customers food. I got in trouble for saying something to her about it apparently none of my business if she’s sick, but if she’s potentially getting the customers sick. And when I said something to my manager about it I said “isn’t that how covid spreader around” his words were “ I don’t know but I did have covid 3 times”. I wouldn’t really trust the place the containers they keep sauces in have mold on them. Also had a pitcher and glass of 7UP somehow my drink was pink/purpleish I don’t how that was possible probably from not cleaning bar equipment properly. I also had to change in the kitchen cause the manager on duty wouldn’t find a place for me to change, so I asked the servers to leave the kitchen one stayed (Hailey S) and watched me change it was really weird how she stayed there.

Food was BOMB!! Highly recommend the anijitos if you like some spice! Waiters were super nice and attentive. Place is decorated pretty cool. Love coming here ? ? (also the cook in the back in lowkey kinda hot)

Not a happy customer - ordered food from the HDH with my fellow co-workers. Called the order in from work around 9:30pm. I had 4 orders, 1 smash burger with specific toppings, 1 spinach dip that comes with pita, 2 orders of fish and chips. When I picked up my order, 3 of the 4 were wrong. 1 fish and chips take out tray with 1 gravy in it, no fish or chips. Spinach dip, was the same no pitas. Smash burger had none of the toppings as requested over the phone. I had to drive all the way back up to the restaurant and re-order the food. The manager on duty was not customer serviced at all with what I was requesting. My co-workers called the correct order in but I was told I would not get the burger as that's how it's was served but the charge on the receipt, "fully loaded" was for $3. I had to ask for tarter sauce as it was not in the first round of food we ordered. I demanded another burger at no charge and got it. The time it took to get all this food correct was insane. Lastly I checked the orders before I left and the Spinach dip only came with nacho chips and not pitas but I was not advised for this, rather felt it was sneaky. I am sorry that I tipped 16% on top of this order ($16.27) which came to $81.36 plus the tip, $ 98.63. In the end the manager on duty gave us 2 certificates, but we won't be using them. All orders should be checked before going out and he should of opened them up for me rather then me inspecting them. I highly doubt I will be back, sorry, used to spend a lot of time there in my early 20's but times have changed and so has the service.

Worst pub I've ever been into. Service was horrendous. Food was overcooked. Didn't get everything with our meal and they refused to add the items even though they are on the menu with said meal. Both drinks were very flat and they don't carry root beer. Servers too busy feeding beer to their security or playing on their phones to see us after our food was delivered. The building is nice and lots of TVs.. otherwise, 1/10 recommend.. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Always a great time at the Brass- lots of students and the pub food is always delicious. Raf helped us at the bar, and was super friendly! Will be returning soon.

This is the worst place I have ever been, there’s half price nachos!! Unfortunately we sat down at 10:15 and she gave us drinks and never showed up at all until we needed our bills and we’re done drinking(nachos end at 11 smh). Unfortunately they were to busy doing time theft on their phones and talking at the bar at the front :( guess I’ll starve . Never coming back here so brutal.

Came here from work and they wouldn't let us bring our bags in. The drinks here are so watered down, I ordered literal juice and sprite and somehow they tasted like plain water. The sangria is green??? And tasted like nothing. Even the music sucks.

I invited yesterday three of my friends from Chile to eat at The Brass Pub. Professional males, mining engineers, tourists in their 30s.We got there at 10pm. A rude employee rushed to the door when we were entering and stopped us, asking for our IDs and even asked to search one of my friends' bag. I asked him if that strange request is due to age restrictions, he said no. He denied us entry because one of my friends didn't have his passport with him and had a photo of it only. Well, the place was empty anyway and another restaurant down the road made a lot of money that night. Very strange behavior with no explanation. Very bad for business and I hope it is not based on racial profiling.I would not recommend that place.
