Have been to this location about 5 times. The food is consistently excellent however she service also consistently lacks. We always have a reservation and we always wait for 10 minutes in the lobby to be seated. Additionally, it seems that every step through the dining experience just takes so long. From getting the drinks, to the food coming out, to the plates getting cleared and desert being brought out and getting the bill afterwards. To go have a similar experience at another restaurant seems to take about 45 minutes less from start to finish. I'm not concerned about the time spent at the establishment but the amount of time waiting for the next step is excessive. I'm beginning to think I may go elsewhere for a steak dinner.

Great evening with an old friend. Perfect atmosphere and excellent service. Joel was very helpful with good suggestions and knew exactly how to interact with us. Steak was amazing, veggies could've come off the grill a couple of minutes earlier. Thank you, I'll be back.
Our waitress (I forget her name- black hair with bangs...) was lovely, attentive and super friendly! Even though it was busy our needs were met and, as always, the food and drinks were amazing and high quality.

Staff was friendly and attentive, food was amazing as always.
I made a reservation to celebrate a birthday at the restaurant and requested to sit by a window ahead of time. When I got to the restaurant, the host said that the table next to any window wasn't available, that she would see what she could do but I would have to wait another 30 minutes in that case. The host sat us in the centre room of the restaurant where there wasn't any window in sight. I felt the restaurant could have accommodated the request and after leaving to go somewhere else, we walked past the window where we saw three empty tables along with empty tables in the bar are of the restaurant which we also empty. We ended up having dinner at a different restaurant all together.

On the bill it said 57$ for a baseball top steak. On the menu it said 47. Not sure why that is, same with the steak my wife had. It wasn't priced correctly. I noted this after I got home, so there wasn't much I could do. If I could speak with a Manager . That'd be great Service, lighting, food, OUTSTANDING!! But an explanation, or refund of the overcharge would be appreciated

Ordered Sirloin Oscar with freshly grilled vegetables, at the Keg as always it was very good Noah was an amazing waiter! Well versed with his job and very conscientious of making sure we enjoys our dinner.

Service was top notch! We tried the servers recommendations and they were excellent. Server was awesome and very friendly! Food was out of this world delicious from the appetizer to the entree and dessert! Cocktails wet great too! I would highly recommend you give The Keg a try if you haven't been there!

My ribsteak was cooked to perfect medium as usual. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her prime rib sandwich. The Keg is the only restaurant in Kingston that consistently serves excellent food, especially steaks. Our server, Joel, was very personable, humorous and attentive. Service was excellent!
