I always have issues with this specific Tim hortons, I would consider myself a patient person as I also work in fast food but it seems every time I get a bagel with cream cheese there is barely any cream cheese on it. I’ve started asking for extra cream cheese just so I can get the standard amount. Today I ordered two bagels with cream cheese (one with extra cream cheese and tomato ) and when I got them I noticed they both had barely any cream cheese on it, quite annoying after specifically asking for extra. So I went in the store to ask them to put more on, they took my original bagel and when they gave me the replacement it barely had any more cream cheese than the first and it had only one tomato slice while the first one I received had three. Seems like there’s no standards here…

Placed order for 1/2 dozen retro donuts. Cashier rang up $19.98. I asked “it’s $20 for 6 donuts?” Her replied “Yes because you order retro ones.” I again questioned price as $20 for 6 of any donut is ridiculous and told her I was charged $9.99 once before.She was adamant about the price until I replied “that is fine, I don’t want them thank you.” I turned around and left. She continued to call out to me to come back. I’ve never had great experience at this location with quality or correct order. Unsure why I even bothered going, maybe to give them a benefit of a doubt?

Ordered two large london fogs, and a candy cane hot chocolate. The worker cut me off after ordering my drinks without letting me finish. Took almost ten minutes to make, and my hot chocolate was not even close to full. No whipped topping or candy cane on top either. Location runs fantastic during the day, but after 3 the service is questionable. As a current Tim Hortons employee, it’s just embarrassing

Ask for double toasted and I receive a non toasted breakfast sandwich. Ask for milk in my tea and receive it with cream. Ask for white hot chocolate and now 4 tines received dark. I will ask for a tea and I will receive a coffee.I worked at Tim's myself for 4 years. I know it can be hard but still. We never messed up this bad.

Worst Tim Horton’s ever avoid it

It is 7:30pm and I went there asking whether they had donuts, muffins, and cookies. The lady wouldn’t have responded until I said hello at the drive thru, took her a long time to respond. The lady mumbled her words and I couldn’t even hear her, then when I asked her what she said, she said there’s no muffins, didn’t say anything about the donuts, when I go to the drive thru window there is nobody there. Where did they go? That’s the bad customer service I received today. They’re supposed to close a lot later than 7:30pm that I am aware of, but then again there was nobody at the window so I guess they just decided to close early on a weekday.

Mediocre at best, staff were ok. Coffee was just ok but wasn't horrible this time. Order was filled correctly. First time I tried Tim Hortons again in forever and was hardly disappointed. Still won't go to any in Kingston after decades of trying to get a decent coffee and service and simply failing. Ottawa seemed to be much better.

The employee's of this restaurant should have to identify as Tim Hortons employees when they go to any restaurant so that they can receive the same low quality of food and service. Consistently terrible.

Told at 9 pm that they stoped serving food and could not serve me even with being open tell 11 I asked then why dose it say food 24/7 or tell 10 pm at all location … so maybe make people their food and not turn down costumers just happened 4 mins ago so not worth the waste of time in
