This is the third time I have been to this Tim's and had to wait 10 minutes for my bacon grill cheese melt. The first 2 times I had to remind them to put bacon on it. The person at the counter couldn't have cared.less, which is sad, but not unusual for customer service these days.

Great service! Food was also very good quality. I ordered through the app, and they unfortunately did not have any omlete bites. However, they swapped it for a breakfast sandwich at no charge, which was very nice of them. Would definitely return to this location.

Just had arguably one of the worst experiences as a paying costumer, it all started at the speaker where I was rushed and then the person says “your welcome” as if I wasn’t the paying costumer! Then I get to the window and she is again rushing forget to stir both drinks and when I told her they where wrong, she proceeded to give me attitude and bring the other staff involved to try and make me feel like I was the issue. And to top it up they made my coffee wrong, I drove off as this is too much to try and deal with before work. Tim’s need to take a big blow, they keep raising the prices and providing worse service.Edit: and my food was thrown together.

This Tim Hortons is dirty. The bathrooms are not cleaned on a regular basis , homeless hanging out in the bathrooms doing their drugs ,sleeping at the tables, this Tim Hortons is located at Princess and Macdonell St.
It would also be nice if the owner actually dealt with the problems happening at his store instead of copying and pasting the same comment on every bad review they get.

The service is terrible to start with. Sometimes takes 20 minutes just to get a coffee after the order has been taken. Got a breakfast sandwich today, instead of saying they had no egg they just gave it to me expecting me to just drive away and not come back. 2 minutes later I was in the store asking them to put egg on the sandwich and that’s when they tell me they have none and will be a 10 minute wait. They stop making hot food literally at dinner time. I’ve never been to a worse or slower Tim Hortons than this. Only goes more and more down hill than everyday. The early morning staff which are gone by 11 are great but the rest need to realize they are at work and to stop socializing when they are lined up out the door. They should honestly be embarrassed about how it’s ran. The only reason I feel this one has stayed open is because of the students and how close to St.Lawrence it is.

While atmosphere is not to be found at Tim Hortons the service isn't always that good..the food sucks, not everyone wants double double or triple triple coffee so stop serving them to customers who went a normal coffee..with little cream and no sugar drinksThe good sucks too.

Almost every day I get coffee from this location since it is near to my home. But I am not doing it again, the drive through girl didn’t close the coffee lid properly and the hot coffee fall all over my thighs. When I explained the situation to the guy who was also at the window, he criticized me for it.They gave me another coffee but still you have to be careful when handover hot stuff.
