Did a mobile order. I placed the order for "now". When I arrived at the shop 15 min later my order was still sitting on printer. This happens a lot here.
Went to tim hortons on macdonnell Street this morning never again. There were 8 employees in the store and waited 14 minutes to get a coffee. This location dose not have a drive-thru absolutely ridiculous. Three of the employees were arguing with each. 10 people in line some were leaving terrible store for service

I’m not usually one for reviews but this Tims location has been awesome. There is a woman with glasses that is ALWAYS very nice and greets me with my coffee and a smile!

Fast drive thru but some of the older staff are ignorant. I'll say goodmorning I get ignored. Then say out loud to her co worker while handing me my drink that my car stinks. whoever works drive thru in the early mornings needs an attitude check.
