03/15/24 1:30pm. Waited in line literally 10 minutes, lineup out the door, no one taking orders or acknowledging customers were even there. Lineup for orders almost as long? Drive-thru appeared to be much the same. I finally left, and will never return. Not sure what’s worse, bad service, or no service at all.

Great location and friendly staffs. The only complaint that I have is whenever I do a mobile order pick up, one item always seems to be missed and having to wait a few minutes while the front counter staff finishes with the customers in line. A little inconvenient at times.Overall, I'm satisfied with the service and the place is clean.

Can you say JOKE! 12:20PM and they have NO BAGELS except cinnamon raisin. Are you freaking kidding me. It is LUNCH TIME... WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH THIS OBVIOUS INCOMPETANT PLACE THAT CAN'T BAKE BAGELS.

I ordered 4 bagels, 2 with cream cheese and 2 with extra butter. All are burnt and I got 4 butter bagels not the cream cheese (have paid extra from cream cheese). This thing happened again. Such an incompatible staff who can’t read properly and serve the customer in a righteous way. The employees were talking to each other and laughing didn’t pay attention to the items. This happened to me again in last 10 days. Such a pathetic service from Tim Hortons. Such waste of time and money. I hope Tim Hortons staff learn soon to read and deliver the exact order

Terrible ! My friends ate from this place (roast beef and crispy onion burger) and all of us got diarrhea. The coffee was very unpleasant as they have replaced sugar with sweetners. Don't go there if you're taking the megabus. Your journey will be mostly spent in the washroom ?

I try not to do bad reviews but service here needs to improve.Waited in drive-thru for at least 15 minutes and when I got to the window they were preparing the wrong order. No big deal but after clarification I only wanted a coffee the one guy left, and another person came up for payment. They ended up charging me $4.50 for a medium coffee and I had no time for them to figure out how to refund.We shouldn’t have to plan an extra 20 min to buy a coffee.
