If I could give negative stars, I would give minus 10. This place serves old leftover pizza that has been 0ut in a fridge and reheated the next day for lunch between 11am and 2 pm. This shows bad practice and that they don't care about the customer. The slice was crunchy with every bite, just like when we at home reheat our pizza the next day. Maybe if you order a fresh pizza, it is better, but bad practices show the owners don't care about the customer and make me wonder what else is going on... using old produce, storing things that need to be refrigerated, but the fridge isn't nearly cold enough so they can save on hydro. This is the worst place in Canada and America that I've ever eaten, and no one should eat here until they reopen with a new owner that abides by the rules for frnachisee's.____________... in response to your reply below, I will say, dont be sorry, just be right and you have to be sorry. Go to the location off Taylor kidd rd for lunch today like i did, and tell me that's fresh pizza and if you do, I would add that you are also liars if you continue to say that's fresh pizza in that's pizza slice warmer. The sauce was soaked in, and cheese was very thin like frozen pizzas from food basics.. the no name ones. This means poor practice, and I don't need to see in your store... in fact I will never go to your store again. I was there seeking a new pizza restaurant and wanted to try you out. I should have read the reviews on your store first bcuz there are enough clues to suggest you have low standards at least some of the time. Don't serve old food to people, and don't tell me a crust isn't supposed to be soft... it was like you put toppings on dry toast bud and made a ghetto pizza, lol. Hopefully, this helps you fix things and become a better pizza place... good luck!

Been getting toppers in Belleville for years so I was excited to see one open up in Kingston. However, this was not the quality I expected. The dough taste old, the crust was dry and not the standards I expected. All of the food was way overdone, either the belt was too slow or the oven was too hot. But looking at the pictures other have posted here, it looks like this is not a unique situation. The toppersticks were not toppersticks. I don't know what these breadstick things were that we got but they were not the soft doughy garlicky sticks I was expecting. They were oddly cut dough triangles that was hard, thin, and dry. The pizza itself was edible enough, but overall not what I'd expect from a toppers, and not what I'd expect for $55. We got two mediums with the "toppersticks" and apple crumble desert. Staff were nice enough, but they had speakers set out on the workstation (next too food) and I didn't see anyone wash their hands between touching the till or their phone and then food. I don't think we will be trying this location again

Topper's is our new favourite pizza place. The food is wonderful and fresh, and owners are incredible. I placed an order for whole wheat thin crust. The store called immediately to say they were out, and asked if I was okay with regular thin crust. I said, "Of course. These things happen."When I arrived to pick up my order, they had Topper's Sticks for me, free of charge, and a note of thanks inside the box. It's the little things, you know?Kid-friendliness: Lots of fresh options for kids.
