We had caramel coffee and vanilla coffee it’s a worst as it doesn’t taste anything liked vanilla or caramel it just like normal regular coffee and we complained about it the service asked for money to put more syrup and even manager was not helpful at all.

Food was prepared by a person working the cash register who did not put on gloves. There was a weird taste to the burger as well. Poor quality food preparation here.
Always cook fresh food .. all staff is very friendly and takes order very politely also give suggestions.. best place to eat.. i like their cheese and egger and pancakes. ..They always try to give fresh and hot food?

Went to the Victoria Street Kitchener location this morning just after 11:00 am. Ordered two Teen combos with fries. When I got the fries they were the worse I have ever had, they were heavy, appeared and tasted like that had sat overnight in oil and seemed and tasted like they were reheated. I took them into the store and told them what I thought, I was told we can give you new ones but they never confessed that they were old fries reheated from the night before. I said no thanks I will take onion rings instead and paid to change the fries, no apologies or sorries, no nothing. I have been eating fries for over 55 years and honestly these were the worse ever….anything to save a dollar I guess. Anyway beware and for the record…I am not normally a complainer. The Teen burger was very good!
