Workers were not wearing hairnets in kitchen. I asked for fresh patty they just re-fried my patty which I can sense from the patty taste. I will reach out to public health for this behaviour. The staff was so blunt and no greeting and goodbye or thank you in the end. Feeling

Huge language barrier here took 15 mins to place a order a simple teen combo and kids meal employee could not be understood at all please hire people that can speak proper English and also understand

I tried the coffee it definitely is better than I remember but that being said Tim's is a bit better the cream is alot less in the coffee here cause they just give you the little creamer package and it's less than what other places would put in I think....my friend had the mozza burger ? combo and he said everything is tasty and fresh and what you would expect....also this is the mall location at Fairview park mall

Absolutely horrible. Somebody walked by and pushed my daughter's burger on the floor. I needed a replacement. Just baby with ketchup. But they wouldn't accommodate. My son said his strips tasted super old. Do not go to this
I always go to Fairview Park Mall A&W, the cashier or person at the counter sees me all the time. I ALWAYS ORDER for my child, buddy Burger.....I always smile at her but never smiles..when I ordered for combo, she didn't put it in a kids box, I only got the burger and fries.. I went to her and asked for the.milk and ask her if the lollipop and whatever supposed to be in the kids combo are all there because I couldn't leave my kid alone at the table..she said everything are in the bag, in this case, where she put my combo..so I went back, no lollipop or whatsoever..I have to go back few times..I know lollipop is not a big deal to some but for my kid, it is.. this is the reason, I don't buy combo most of the time..I buy just the buddy burger because everytime I buy combo, I have to go back so many times to complete the meal.. and she seems mad all the time..base on the cashier's attitude, seems like she doesn't want to be there. Yesterday, will be my last to order at A&W.. All other fast food in the mall are way more pleasant than A&W, except for the oldest lady there,she looks energetic and always happy..I like the grass-fed burgers, but the customer service is more important to me..Overall, very bad experience..

It's mall food so my expectations were not high to start with but when faced with a good court I always choose A&W. I wish I had read the reviews first as this was probably a new low for food and service @ A&W which normally does a great job.I ordered a Double Mozza Combo (no bacon) with rings and a diet root beer.The burger had bacon, granted one piece not the two it would normally come with I didn't order No Bacon. The rings were over cooked and over seasoned, and the drink was diet coke not diet root beer.

UPDATE: I recently got pancakes from this location through Uber Eats and they were barely edible, cooked for way too long or else they were held under warming lights for way too long, the outer was much too brown, very tough when I went to cut them, just really disappointed, nowhere near as good as McDonald's pancakes. McDonald's hotcakes are 100% better they're not so brown, they're light, fluffy, and you can cut them easily with your fork, not tough and overcooked like A&W's. A&W food just makes me appreciate Harvey's a lot more! Over $8 for a Teen Burger I paid almost $15 for just a Teen Burger and onion rings and both were not even that good, some of the onion rings the batter was too dark, hard, and crumbly. I don't exactly like going to pick an onion ring up and the batter's falling off! The Teen Burger meat as far as the patty was not even that good, just a very weird texture when you're chewing it. I also think A&W kind of overdoes it with the toppings just too much going on on a burger, the Teen Burger for example if you get everything that's on it it's just a mishmash of too many different things. I'd rather take a small Junior Burger at Harvey's with just simple cheese, ketchup, and relish any day over the Teen Burger. The bottom line is the meat, the beef patty at Harvey's is way better and the onion rings taste better as well, they're not as wet as A&W'S I think that's why the batter falls off easy on the A&W onion rings. The thing I also really disliked was the way they package the burger this person put my burger sideways into the little bag, the bag wasn't folded at the top or nothing, why would a place train their employees to be putting a burger sideways in a friggin' bag when toppings can fall down. Just the dumbest thing! As far as the customer service it wasn't the greatest either the person at the counter wasn't very friendly she seemed just not really present, I went to do my payment she was looking off at something not even really paying attention.
