Let's talk about the prices first. I recently ordered an X-Large Pizza, which came to a whopping $30. Quite steep for a single pizza, wouldn't you agree? Now, onto the taste – disappointing doesn't even begin to cover it. The pizza arrived cold, and the toppings seemed as if they were straight from the freezer, completely undercooked. As if that wasn't bad enough, I discovered not one, but two disgusting hairs in my pizza. When I reached out to customer service, they offered no resolution. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from here again.

Today at 2pm my husband and I decided to get 3 slices of pizza. We entered the store and proceeded to wait 15 minutes until the man even looked at us. Husband was ready to walk out and I said let's wait. Finally he asked if we ordered, no we didn't. We grabbed 3 slices and the sauce was non existent. His attitude and demeanor was absolute garbage. I'd rather go elsewhere to spend my hard earned money than to step foot back in here. Also the holder that holds the slices, as well as the cooler in the back was absolutely filthy and hadn't been cleaned in forever by the looks of it.

I've only ever ordered delivery, but it is always on time and the pizza has always been fresh as if it just got out of the oven. For the best deals for your buck, this is the go-to pizza restaurant! For the double deal 2 Large Pizza's, Wings, garlic bread and drinks, you cannot get the same deal elsewhere for the price. The pizza taste is amazing and never had any issues ordering from them. We have been ordering g here for 10+ years without any concerns or complaints.
Best pizza in the neighbourhood. Got pizza and wings thru skip once and was hooked. The wings and pizza are great. Probably my favourite wings around now. Went today for some slices and it’s some of the best pepperoni pizza I’ve had in a long time… and such a good deal! $3.99 for two huge slices and a pop. Amazing. Found our new pizza place! Will for sure be back to place phone orders and pickup orders. Don’t need skip the dishes when it’s this close to home.Parking: Lots of parking in the complex

We had been long-time customers at Double Deal for many years. But recently, their food and service has been terrible.The last two times we ordered pizzas, they were terrible quality. The crust is hard and there's hardly any sauce on the pizzas. The vegetable toppings are almost tasteless.As well, the customer service in the store is awful. Whomever is working the counter is rude and has zero customer service skills.The kitchen and small dining area are unkept and dirty.I'm not sure what changed. Maybe new ownership? Whatever happened, we're not going back again.
