Been a fan of Ayres for years, and tbh I wasn’t sure I’d love the new Ayres after the old owners sold the store and retired. But I can say with absolute confidence that the new owners are wonderful and the store is just as great, if not better than it was before. They’re still working out some of the kinks but they’ll get there and I can’t wait to see how they grow. I love the amount of space in this location - unlike the old store there is actually room to move and breathe without risking running into another person. And the staff is so lovely - I can’t remember his name, but the tall gentleman with the reddish hair was so nice and helpful and encouraging to me as a new bread baker.

Best place if you want the best choices of flour. What a selection. ? If you like making sourdough bread, they have the Bannaton bowls there too. I loaded my shorts when I saw this place. If you're avid aboot baking, this is your go-to.

The perfect place for party snacks! The store is vibrant and well laid out, with a wide range of unique items and specialty baking supplies. They carry various types of flour, and freeze dried berry flakes to add a little pizzazz to your pastries. Small scale baking equipment and one of our favs are the honey sticks at the checkout counter. It's centrally located in the picturesque Belmont Village so easy access whether driving or out for a stroll. The owner is fantastic as well who sometimes has some of his delicious bread on sale at the store.

I went in this morning for the first time since they have moved to their new location. Their new store is very clean and orderly. All of the baking ingredients are freshly vacuum sealed in individual, portioned bags. The young man working there was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back! Good job!
