Food quality is decent, which is the where the 2 stars come from. Hours change frequently and are not accurate, nor are they even posted. Staff has changed recently and service is inconsistent at best. Prices have gone up quite a bit which takes it from a decent spot for a fast meal to no better than any other take out in the city. If quality and service were maintained through the price increase I could give it a pass, but I won’t bother coming in anymore.

Is a shawarma still a shawarma if they don’t have any tahini or hummus on offer? Fresh ingredients served quickly that failed to satisfy my craving. Spit roasted chicken with garlic sauce is just a garlic chicken wrap, not a shawarma.

Came in the other day, ordered two pitas. Pitas were ok. Mine was completely falling apart, huge mess to eat. Thank God I only had to eat in front of my daughter. Lol would be embarrassing in certain situations as I was making such a mess with it. Restaurant looked pretty dirty, needs a good deep cleaning in my oppinion. Washroom was nasty! toilets had poo in them.... daughter wouldn’t use the washroom. Food was pretty expensive for what we got. Nothing to rave about.

I've been a regular here since working in the downtown core. Good food and good portions!

The two stars go to the excellent service. The lady serving me was really nice and the portion sizes were good. However the food in exception to the fries not good. I ordereda falafel wrap and fries. I believe they used pre-made falafel batter mix and they were not cooked. Although I hate wasting food, I couldn't eat it. Although the fries were really really good, the garlic sauce which was on was terrible. I went to this place to try something new outside of the regular lazeez and Osmows but this was a mistake.

Used to be good. They used to care about what they served.Ordered Falafel dinner.Falafel tasted like it was refried 3 times, Hard crunchy oil.Salad tasted like it wasn't washed.Over all disgusting and a waste of time and money. Will not go back.

There have been a few times when I have shown up after work to buy food at 7:40pm and the store is closed. Online it says 8pm, either change the time you promote or please stay available until the time you say. It's not fair people waste their time and gas to come to a place advertised as open, for it not to be.

Solid food for cheap. Some toppings that cost extra other places are free here. Cesar salad is really good for this sort of joint.

Their fryer oil was disgusting. Doesn't seem like they change often at all. My poutine was gross but only cost me 5$ to realise that I don't want to order from there anymore.

Terrible service , I ordered the rice fillet platter and without even letting me know replaced the rice with fries , my husband also realized the fries were missing and had to wait for that too . Very disappointed.

The Shawarma plate is amazing, been here multiple times, always a good choice. Also, their fries are the most crispy!

Great pitas and shawarma. Lots of toppings. Good value for the price.

tl;dr Best shawarma I've ever had. Awesome food and excellent value! Try it! We walked into this place after reading Yelp reviews and were very impressed with our lunch! Decor is unremarkable, but who cares for take out? What we wanted was somewhat healthy, excellent food and that's what we got. We ordered a gyro plate and chicken shawarma salad. All the salad ingredients were freshly prepped and good quality. The sauces (tzatziki, hummus, Greek salad dressing, and hot sauce) seemed home-made and were some of the best I've had (and I've eaten a lot of shawarma). The shawarma and gyro were perfectly spiced and heated on the grill to order so they were piping hot. I honestly could not have asked for anything better! Add to that the man who took our order (I'm guessing the owner?) was lovely and gave us excellent service.
