I have been getting Big General's pizza since I attended King Edward. My friends and I used to order all the time in person! I love the Owners, they're still sticking to it! I love you guys!

Cold, small , flavourless and skimpy cheese pizza slice from the glass rack. Awful in my opinion.

Been going to Big Generals since I was little and it was across from King Edward Public school. Continued to go when I was in highschool at KCI. Was devastated to see it go, and relieved to see it resurface. I go out of my way to hit this specific pizza joint whenever I can because it is just so gooooood! And the prices are super fair, too. Owners deserve all the love!Top notes: the crust! The slices.

As a long time customer of the business, cravings have been there fir the better part of 20 years!Their old location near KCI was a frequent stop for myself and my group of friends, and later, my parents as well when we lived down the street! If I were to force myself to criticize something, it would be slight communication issues, that could easily be blamed on the phone. The atmosphere hasn't changed in multiple decades, staying the same laid back mom and pop pizza shop that it's always been. The quality and the taste haven't changed in a couple decades, and they continue to make the only pizza crust (that isn't pan fried dough) that my wife actually enjoys! So hands down. If you haven't tried Big General, give it a shot! Almost guaranteed it'll turn into an instant favorite!

Easily the best pizza place in the tri-cities. Delicious, garlic-y pizza at a bangin’ price point. Plus the owners seem pretty nice. Absolutely would recommend!Wheelchair accessibility: Not the most accessible as it is a small storefront.

Very good pizza I love itIt's as good as domino's and pizza pizza combined. But this is the closest option to my apartment.

I don't know what is going on but I've been trying to get a pizza and I'm getting an answering machine. I am hoping that he is reading his reviews and realizes that there's a problem with his phone line because it says it's open right now but I can't get through.

Called ahead for a pickup of a large Canadian Pizza. They ended up making a medium instead, but at least charges me the right price. Small store front, had plexiglass up but no tap to pay available. Took about 15 minutes from calling in to be ready. Pizza itself was actually really good. Nice crust that's thinner than regular crust but not a thin crust pizza. Sauce is really nice but could use more of it. Toppings were good quality and lots available on it. Would try again and maybe even the wings next time
