At this location for Booster's birthday celebration. Kudos to the staff. It was very busy at 7:30 pm but staff were so pleasant & efficient. As always, smoothies were delicious ?

Went over the busy lunch hour today, and the lone staff member Luke handled it flawlessly. He was calm despite it being so busy, not showing any annoyance and working quickly yet carefully. Give this guy a raise! Oh and get the Hail to the Kale juice if you're starting to feel under the weather :)

Management,PLEASE have two staff on. I come here pretty regularly and there’s only ever one staff working their butt off to try to manage all the orders and a long line up. Every time I come I wait at least 20 minutes just to get a smoothie. And then if my order spills, I have to wait longer for them to make another one. I feel bad for the staff, equally, the wait is just horrible.

Yeah service is fine its clean but the drinks I've only been to 4 other booster juice but this one has the absolute worst I ordered the same drink I've gotten before and its just awful nothing how it normally is a 2 star is generous

By far the worst location. Every time I order my drink is wrong or tastes extremely off. I ask for no protein powder and they put in protein powder, I had to ask did you make this with protein powder? Yes okay well that's not what I ordered...They are always sour and off tasting I think the staff just throw whatever they feel like in the blender. Considering what they charge maybe get some better staff...

I love this Booster Juice, always fast friendly service and delicious drinks and food. I had 3 smoothies and a food item.First was the Banango Burst Smoothie: bananas, mango, guava, passionfruit and whey protein. This was a really nice smoothie, the banana and mango for sure came through most in this drink; though the whey protein makes it thicker and a little harder to drink but not too bad of a factor. Overall a solid smoothie, that I would purchase again.Second was the Mango Hurricane Smoothie: mango, strawberries, bananas, orange and yogurt. This was a delicious smoothie! It has a lot of good flavours and the mango and orange really came through in this drink. This was my favourite smoothie, until I had the following smoothie.Last smoothie was the Strawberry Sunshine Smoothie: strawberries, bananas, passion fruit, guava and yogurt. Lovely flavour, with strawberry and guava coming through the most. It tastes like summer in a smoothie, delicious! I think this is my current favourite smoothie.Final review is for the Chipotle Chicken Panini. It had chicken, peppers, onions, cheese and chipotle sauce. It did not look like anything fancy but this was phenomenal! It was freshly made, hot and delicious! I never thought to order food from a smoothie shop but I'm so glad I did, it was addictive in flavour and I want to buy it again for sure! Probably the best panini I've had so far.

somewhat regular here. personally ive never waited very long for any of my orders, but from the worker’s attitudes its very obvious that management is awful.there are a few employees that are doing their job just fine, but as mentioned in other reviews- definitely some customer service issues.i get it, its not a great job or anything but the intensity of the vibes in there make me feel like im in high school again.drinks most of the time aren’t entirely belended, maybe 90%. an extra few seconds could go a long way.big focus on management though, i've heard way too many complaints.if your employees are complaining about management to employees you know there’s a real problem.and hey, management: this is a you problem, not your employees. you should either train AND treat them better or hire better candidates.

I came in today 45 minutes before closing time and the girl made my drink so bad. I'm a regular customer so I know how mango hurricane should taste. This time it didn't taste anything like usual and I could tell while she was making it.

I went in for a smoothie and the male worker was being very aggressive when I was waiting for my drink. I got my drink but my friend didn’t because we left with a couple others. We came back so he could grab his drink as we left he started being aggressive with me again and then when I was walking to the car and he ran up to the door and started yelling at me.
