Dear Management,I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service, management, and overall experience my family and friends had at your establishment recently.Upon arrival with our group, which included two friends, their two kids, my wife, and our son, we were looking forward to enjoying the atmosphere while the children played in the arcade. However, we were met with a series of issues that left us underwhelmed and frustrated.We ordered nachos for each couple to share, a chicken sandwich for one of my friends, and chicken tenders with fries for the kids. Unfortunately, the chicken sandwich was incorrect when it arrived, despite being ordered three times. Additionally, the fries that came out with the kids’ meal were raw and inedible.After numerous attempts to rectify these issues, we were ignored by the staff and management until I confronted one of the managers. The manager I spoke with was dismissive and disrespectful, showing a lack of concern for our experience. When another manager finally intervened, he appeared undertrained and unprepared to handle the situation.Overall, our experience at your establishment was extremely disappointing, and if I could give a zero-star rating, I would. The service was subpar, and the management seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns.I strongly urge you to address these issues to ensure that future patrons do not have a similar experience. Thoroughly disappointed with my delivery experience through Skip. I've ordered here for years and regularly order the spaghetti and meatballs. I always ask for extra meatballs (charged $5) and I NEVER get them! I have had this happen 8/10 times. I can't keep ordering any longer. I'm losing money everytime I order. Delivery platforms refuse to refund because of how often I have had to be refunded on the missing items. Shame on me for continuing to order when the service is terrible. My last straw was tonight when I specifically added in the notes in all capital letters to please not forget the extra meatballs and explained how they are always forgotten. How in the hell can the people making the food not pay attention to the order accuracy is beyond me. I can't do it anymore. I've never had such horrible inconsistent service from a restaurent in my entire life.

Very awful management and the manager is very rude to the customers. Server and employees good but the manager does not know how to treat customers properly. Need a change in management.

Absolute terrible experience here tonight. I was celebrating a 30th birthday party and wait staff brought over some food. We thought it was for us. We later had wait staff remove food as it was not for us and staff accused us of stealing it. Thank god for Lily and Donald who made up for horrible service. Caitlyn needs a reeducation on customer service!!!!

I wanted to leave a review because we had the absolute best service. Nicole was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our evening delightful. I brought my friend in for a Birthday dinner and the food was good, but the service is what make our visit a really enjoyable night. Thanks Nicole!

The food and service were an absolute nightmare! We endured an agonizing wait of over an hour, only to be served ice-cold ribs, wings, and other dishes. Our orders were disastrously mixed up, and to top it off, even the kids' meals arrived last and cold. Our experience at Boston Pizza in this location was a true disaster, leaving us utterly disappointed and frustrated beyond belief!

Great staff and consistent, fabulous service! The guy that sang happy birthday to my friend was a STAR! The servers, led by Scott, were so attentive and fast! WOW!!!! I'm definitely coming back!Vegetarian options: Delish! Thank goodness!

At least the food came fast.... The beer was expensive - $10.50 for a pint of Blue Moon seems excessive. Server forgot our starter. The "new" honey dill fried chicken sandwich was borderline gross, the chicken was tasteless and like it just came out of the box. The sauce was so runny all it did was make the breading on the chicken soggy, and added no flavour to the sandwich. We didnt realise the restaurant was connected to the bowling alley so it was very loud, and it wasn't busy but there was still an abundance of screaming children running around. We won't be back.

When I went to pick up my order my food came half in the box (as it should be) and half in the carry bag. They fixed it for me while I waited there for half an hour. I asked for compensation and the answer I got is that they remade my order as compensation. I talked to another customer previous to me whose order got delayed for half an hour, he got monetory compensation and the guy before that got 50% discount. The excuse I got for such mess up was that their kitchen is so busy. I see there is no set criteria for compensation, so people get monitory compensation, some don't get anything or fight for it. Not the first time this happened to me.

Took my daughter here last Saturday to celebrate her 10th birthday with her two friends. I have no complaints about the service or food that night, both were great. However, the cleanliness and maintenance of the establishment is absolutely pathetic.There was garbage and food all over the carpet in the seating areas, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days (gross!)My daughter and her two friends used the washroom and they came back complaining there was toilet water (sewage) all over the floor. Completely unacceptable!Big screen tv's for bowling area are poorly maintained, the screens are all blue if you like lack of colour on tv. Like is the management and owners blind??????Fix the damn things!!!My daughter and girls played in the arcade and found many of them to be out of order. Again what gives??? Fix this stuff!!!Two days later she got badly sick. I can only imagine from what but can assume this place is a cess pool for germs and bacteria.To the owner: If you cant afford to PROPERLY maintain an establishment like this, then sell it and let someone who actually cares own it and run it. This will be the last time i visit. Stop being cheap and fix this place!!!!
