Awesome little breakfast spot. Got the peameal bacon sandwich, with the homefries. The food came insanely fast, loved the sandwich. The owners were also super sweet.

I've been goin here since I was young w my grandparents and have continued to for many years. They always remember you and the service is amazing as well as the food! The home fries are next level, it's jus good home cooking and the place is like eating in their home lol looks a bit like a dive or hole in the wall but also what I love about it lol Hope it's around for many more years! Give them a try!

Agree with many other reviewers;Indeed owners are friendly and portions are generous including shredded homefries with onion. Peameal breakfast special seems like my favourite but it has been inconsistent.Sometimes burnt or puddles of grease. Eggs perfect one day and sloppy and black from the griddle another.Self serve cutlery and mediocre coffee..why?Pricing is strange too, a 7.99 peameal special gets rung in at almost $12 although I had no coffee. Really wanted to like this neighbourhood greasy spoon, but they fall short often.

Amazing breakfast and Vesna is the sweetest lady. She always remembers my order from the first time I came for breakfast and she treats my daughter and I like part of the family.
Okay, so this is based on this morning's breakfast, haven't tried anything else. I came here years ago but this is my first visit in many moons.When you walk into this place they are very welcoming and you feel at home already. Everything is very clean (didn't use washrooms) and service was quick ... well, the cooking and bringing to your table part (you order at the counter and serve your own coffee/tea). I ordered peameal breakfast. Coffee kinda weak, but I like strong coffee so may be just me. Breakfast came ridiculously quick but I will tell you, I have been reading a lot about crude oil prices lately and if OPEC cuts back, Bud's can make up the difference. Lots of reviewers like that but be forewarned that you might want to wear sunglasses for the shine and equip them with splashguards. When time comes to pay the bill the price was a higher than I thought because apparently hash browns are extra (menu board not overly clear) and to use a credit card they wanted 2 bucks more (equal to 10% of my single diner bill) so clearly there is a bit of a profit margin in there as well. For less money, with full service, I can get a much better breakfast elsewhere. YMMV
