Owner constantly posts the wrong business hours. If you drive it is open, but if you walk, you will walk all the way there only to find a closed restaurant. I have made edits to this business several times, but the owner keeps changing it back to 24h. It is 24h for drive through only, _not_ for dine-in. I wish the owner would stop posting false dine-in hours.Believe me, the problem isn't that you aren't lying about your hours of business, the problem is that your restaurant is badly run. Annoying customers by posting inaccurate hours isn't going to change that.The service is awful. Orders are frequently wrong. The order takers wait till one full order is complete before taking the next one, rather than queuing multiple orders at once to save the overhead of walking back and forth. The order taking system will do all the work and allow for parallel effort but they refuse to take advantage of that. They always act all dramatic and tired (like it's some great imposition to have to take your order), and that's because they're working as stupidly as possible. I've worked in food service and while it can be challenging I have very little sympathy for those who make the work harder than it has to be.The owner and all the workers here should be out of a job. This is an ideal location, and the fact that they do so badly so consistently is entirely their fault, and entirely within their power to remedy. They just don't care. In a day and age where a hamburger meal costs like $15, don't waste your money hoping these clowns will grow up and finally take their work seriously. You'll regret it.

Every time I've gone at night (between 10pm-2am) their service is extremely slow. Slow to answer the speaker and slow to give the meal. What should be a few minutes can easily turn into 10 or more minutes at this location. It's like they take an order, make it and won't take another till the first one has been cooked. They must be bumping the items off the screen as I don't know how the employees get away with such bad service time.

I hate Burger King, I went two locations for breakfast, but they didn't serve and another location again didn't serve just for 2 minutes late. I don't recommend it for anyone. ??????
I ordered pancakes combo first of all no butter with pancakes then they put my pancakes in poutine box how i can eat my pancakes in poutine box i asked girl working there she said we always put in this so rudely no straw in bag for my drink.

This by far has to be the worst Burger King. The outside is dirty. The building is falling apart. The lights are always off. It never looks like it’s open. The customer service is extremely poor. They don’t greet you very nicely at the drive-thru. I placed an order for two whopper, combos a double cheeseburger and an eight piece, chicken nuggets and of course, as I’m pulling away I’m feeling in the bag for the double cheeseburger. That is not there. I pull back around, go inside tell the lady that took my order that the burger is missing she implied that I substituted my chicken nuggets For the cheeseburger, I told her that’s not the order I placed she proceeded to tell me you got nuggets in your bag didn’t you as I replied yes cause I ordered them along with a double cheeseburger she said well we didn’t charge you for the cheeseburger. I was like OK can I just get the double cheeseburger that I had ordered And they proceeded to make a big deal out of it and showed me the receipt that I didn’t pay for it. I said I would pay for it if they could just make me the burger. I ended up leaving without the double cheeseburger. Not an apology. Not a sorry nothing.
