It's a decent Burger King, they only have one person working the front though, even on Wednesday. If it's busy inside, you're in for a minimum 15 minute wait but you'll have ordered and then you're existing in purgatory. Even mobile ordering doesn't help, just escape while you can.Gave them 1 star even though they deserve 3.5/4 because their guest internet hasn't worked since this place opened. Pay your bills.

Went through the drive through and told them THREE times that I wanted a whopper with cheese and a whopper with cheese meal. Got home and all there was is a whopper wealth cheese meal. If you don't understand english get another job. Stay away from this location

Wish I can give 0 star. Ordered mozzarella sticks and they gave the batch that was COLD (NOT FRESH AT ALL and WERE DEFINITELY UNDER THE HEAT FOR AN HOUR or EVEN MORE ) and had very bad taste of oil. Just had 1 and felt nausea. It’s not free food, people pay for it. Please train your staff and give fresh food. Well I am not gonna come back to this location. Wasted my money. Worst experience. Will DEFINITELY COMPLAINT TO BURGER KING HEAD OFFICE AND WILL DO THE SURVEY. Do not go to this location.

I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience at Burger King. My family and I ordered food through the online app and arrived at the store to dine in at 9:30 pm. However, before receiving our complete order, we were abruptly thrown out by the employees in a disrespectful manner. Not only were we treated as if we were unwelcome, but we were also denied the products we had paid for. This incident occurred even though the store was supposed to be open until 12 o'clock.The employees' behavior was completely unacceptable and tarnished the reputation of Burger King. No customer should be subjected to such disrespect and mistreatment. It is incredibly disappointing to see a company like Burger King fail to uphold basic standards of customer service and professionalism.I urge potential customers to reconsider patronizing this Burger King location until they address and rectify these serious issues. No one deserves to be treated in such a disrespectful manner, especially when simply trying to enjoy a meal.I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Burger King store. My family and I recently ordered food through the online app and arrived at the store to dine in. Very unprofessional staff and rude behaviour we ordered above 100 and they didn’t delivered complete order the thing is in our order 1 item is missing when we knew that product is missing and we went back to the store the doors are locked so we went to the drive through window for help but they didn’t replied and disrespected us this very shameful.

Really bad service. The manager who served us was rude. We ordered the food around 9:30pm and had a dine in order. The food was not ready till 10:05pm and we were told to leave the store and gave us take away order. Apart from that our order was incomplete and gave no response when asked for that. Had a really bad experience, would never go again.

I had a terrible experience at Burger King today. Despite ordering 25 minutes before closing time, the employees refused to let us dine in, forcing us to eat outside in the cold. The burger I received was tasteless and unappetizing, and to top it off, one of the food items was missing from my order. The staff was extremely rude, showing a complete lack of customer service. I will not be returning to this Burger King location and would advise others to avoid it as well.
