I used their delivery service to get fresh lobster tails. I paid for 7 oz tails to feed my guests as the entree. They delivered 4 oz tails without any notice. Now scrambling to plan an alternative. Will never use this company again.

WOW.. I’m a 60 year old male “East Coaster” who has probably forgotten more about ocean seafood than most people will ever know and I can assure you folks that this is the real deal! My wife and I just returned from vacationing along the New England East Coast, specifically around Cape Cod. We decided to go there for our holidays just so we could fill our bellies up with lobster and other shellfish for 5 days and return home to London ON. So yes we enjoyed it tremendously but after being home for 2 weeks I started wondering if we could enjoy the same level of freshness and availability that we experienced during our New England stay.. the answer after doing some research and (after making the trip to Kitchener and going to your fish market) is YES!!! BRAVO!!!

I only order from them a couple times a year, but when I reached out via email a couple weeks ago, looking for a specific product I purchased last year, I got a very quick response.I was keeping my eye out for something and was having no luck catching when it was in stock. Matt emailed me very quickly letting me know he would try and get the product in, and low and behold, it was available a few days later! I received another email letting me know it was back in stock. I am so grateful, because this simple item has become apart of a very special family tradition.The same day free delivery option is amazing! It comes packed in a Styrofoam cooler box and packed with all the ice packs you need to keep your product fresh!
