Horrible Sanitation and Missed Ingredients! The guy who worked there uses his bare hands to make salad right after touching the cash register. Didn’t clean his hands or put on gloves. Can imagine how much cross contamination there is. Not to mention 2 of the ingredients were missed. Shake my head. It used to be a much better place.

One of the best restaurant in town with awesome staff. It was nice to meet Mr. Mohit who explain the menu in great way as it was our first experience at chopped leaf. Will definitely visit again???

On Sat, Feb 17th - I ordered a Bangkok shrimp bowl and the shrimps that came in the salad were not properly cleaned, and I couldn't eat it at all, almost threw up after two bites - plus I saw the server handling chopped lettuce and God knows what else with her bare hands. When I asked her for a refund ,she refused straight up, and then when I showed her the shrimps and told her about her incorrect handling of food - she took offense to that and said 'I am making up things now to get a refund ' because she knew she did handle the lettuce with her bare hands. Eventually she slammed a $20 bill to be in a very rude manner without an apology.I do not recommend this place and the customer service here isn't the best either. The server was constantly on a phone call while doing her jobSorry , but this the first and last time I will visit this place.

TLDR: insanely high price for chicken, small portions, not fresh at all. Would not recommend at all.Terrible food. I should have read the reviews before ordering from here.We went in with a coupon for 2 can dine for 11.99. The image on the coupon was a full bowl with protein clearly visible. When we get there they charged an additional $4 each bowl for the chicken, which was pre-packaged, odd smelling, and definitely not fresh. The sauce was tasty but clearly oily enough to seep through the takeout container.Saving grace is that the staff were nice - hence 2 stars.

You might think why would I pay for a salad? You have to try it! The salads, bowls and and wraps are fantastic. And there are so many choices and customizations. You choose what you want and the taste is just delicious.

Ordered two salads and waited. No one else the two staff were madly chatting away. I went to car and back and we still waited. Mixed lettuce not fresh.

For the price, the portion sizes are insanely sad. You get a couple pieces of chicken and a sparse salad for almost $20. The employee who claims to be Team Lead, Cheriyan Philip is incredibly rude anf demeaning and should not be working in customer service. I'm appalled by their service and disappointed in how horrible this place has become.

Been a regular here and at their Northfield location for many years and appreciate their fine quality and service! I almost always opt for their tasty salads, but their bowls and wraps and equally well made. Today, I choose my favorite Sunshine salad, with guacamole, apples, cucumbers and mixed greens with an added protein of tuna, which was delicious and ample, enjoying to serve two people. In the past one could order a small size for several dozen less that was more than enough for this diner. Today’s salad, with tax and a $2.00 gratuity, which was deserved cost over $20.00, which is approximately 25% more costly than in the past. However, they have a loyalty program that rewards you with a free meal after ten visits. One more small critique: the pop music played over the system could be softer, which would complement the meal and aid digestion. Their unique offerings and quality warrants your continued patronage and support! Highly Recommended!

Portion sizes are out of control. For an extra $5, you should get more than 4 tiny pieces of deli chicken. It’s ridiculous. And they give you a tiny sliver of an avocado. Why?? What I paid ($20) and what I received (a very sad salad, they even forgot the rice) was so far apart. Won’t ever return.

And yet another price increase.... $36 for two salads, no longer selling smalls... I used to be a weekly customer... but I'm officially done here ✌️Your "concerted effort" to improve my dining experience by giving me less food for more money? Hmmm ? again... wouldn't recommend, WAYY too much money for what you receive here. OH... and don't forget to leave a tip for the staff walking your salad bowl 10 feet to your table! Craaaazy!

You can tell their chicken isn’t fresh, it’s rubbery and weird. You can tell it’s pre packaged and not made fresh, which is funny because chopped leaf is all about being “fresh”. You can get fresher chicken at A&W. keep in mind they also make you pay an extra $4 for like 3 pieces of chicken.Their veggies are also not the freshest. Especially the lettuce which comes brown a lot of the time.My review isn’t based on a 1 time visit. I’ve been ordering from this place for many times now hoping it would improve, trying different things but it’s actually gotten worse.
