I really loved coming here but this little boy at front who seats people could not care less about the customers. Our table was not good and we asked for a table change and half of restaurant was empty but he said since they are busy they could not change the table. I don’t think i’ll come here again.

The t bone steak was really thin and really full of grizzle, every bite was mostly grizzle. Ended up getting ribs instead eating in front my family after they had already finished their food.

Depending on the day; service, food quality. Inconsistent. Could use more variety of vegetables for sides. Should change oil more often for fried foods. Wonder how much cross contamination occurs with multiple deep fried items being fried in the same fryers over and over again. Too nosey for dining though. Understand it’s a road house but music is not conducive for dinner. Would be helpful if bar area had a noise proof enclosure for dinning only customers. Lunch time, game time, I get it. But dinner time more families dine and don’t need to be subject to bar noise. Not sure what this roadhouse is trying to achieve. Ambience can be testy @ best from time to time. Great prices, ample parking.Vegetarian options: Could use more selections.

Just updating, I've been trying to get a hold of your team for the last 3 days and nobody has reached out to help me.Went for lunch yesterday with my boyfriend and the chicken club sandwich that I ordered gave me the worst food poisoning that I've had in years. Being pregnant, on top of that, is very scary. I'm not happy at all with the food that was on my plate ?

It was OK. Our server was more interested in the tables with guys and selling booze and getting big tips than our table. We brought our 2 grand kids with us aged 8 and 11. Our food was ok but all our fries were half cooked and soggy. Kids burgers were great though. Our waitress seemed annoyed serving our table my husband ordered a black coffee...waitress came with a coffee and a tray with sugars and creamers. My husband said it was ok he didn't need any as he just asked for a black coffee. Waitress said "well that would have been nice to know" walked off with a huff. My husband figured asking for a black coffee ... meant just that.... BLACK. Anyway we have been to other Chucks and it was great. We will try this location again some time. Could have just been an "off" day.... we all have them.

Chuck’s Roadhouse Fairway Kitchener restaurant's mandatory 15% tips policy is a blatant attempt to exploit customers, especially when coupled with the seemingly attractive 50% discount on starters after 9 PM. The dining experience, however, was far from satisfactory. The service was abysmal and the overall atmosphere left much to be desired. The deceptive pricing strategy only added insult to the injury of a disappointing evening. Save your money and culinary expectations elsewhere.
I don't like to put a negative review. This time, I had to. We went there at 9:03 and the guy seated us with no greeting. After we seated, nobody came for 25 minutes, and then the same came in, and I said it's been 25 minutes and nobody came, and he said, "Are you ready for order?" . He didn't even apologize or anything. Then our waitress came and she was very nice. So, in short, the service was not good at all.The food was not okay too. We ordered nachos , which was not cooked properly. We didn't even eat.

We usually hang out at this place for chilling after work.It was used to be a good place but I really had the worst experience yesterday night. The waitress was so rude and she failed to provide the good service. she was like talking too loud in a bad way and screaming in front of other customer since we didn’t tip her..The management should take the action seriously. The waitress is a someone who handles the customer very politely and friendly,but she was really disrespectful and rude.This happened twice in the row..Bringing this to your attention not to spoil her career,but you need to teach her how to behave with customer. If you didn’t take action, you are gonna ruin your business and reputation because one of the bad employees you have.Now this place is no more a chilling place as we had the terrible experience.P.S: I don’t know her name and I left the receipt at the table.

The owner of this establishment is a slobbering drunk racist. If you come and eat at this restaurant you are actively supporting racism and contributing and enabling the Owner to continue being a POS.Flat out said “we only hire white pretty girls”“Indian people don’t belong”“Not to be racist, but…”Openly admitted to having cockroach infestation in one of the fridges and refuses to fork out the funds to have a professional, and thinks bleach and water is the solution.True disservice.
