Chuck’s Gateway location is my fav .Ribs were awesome, Steak n lobster tail another fav dish. I visited on game night - it was crowded but it very smoothly served. Horrible service and food today, took 1.25 hours to receive our food, while waiting for our food not once did a server come to check on us. This place is close to my work so we go often, service and food has been going down hill lately, time for new management!

Ordered a coffee, and waited 15 minutes before anyone noticed we didn't receive our order. Wanted my bill, and we were unable to wave down any staff for a good 40 minutes. The service is slow, and the food is poorly done. Hopefully they improve their service.

There were only 4 tables with customers and maybe 2 ppl at the bar. Service was extremely slow. We received our app with our meal. Server seemed very uninterested and just didn't have that personal touch, perhaps she just didn't want to be there. We waited 45 mins for our bill, and they scrounged up another employee to ring us through. The food was great as usual though! Just visited Chucks on Gateway, all was good , had a few drinks , ordered our food , service was great . Our server was leaving so we paid her ( Stephanie ) . Unfortunately that's where it ended . We like Chucks food, prices are good but why spoil our dining experience with bad follow up service .Stephanie's service was a 5 . Follow up was a 2
