I am always delighted at the magical creations, whatever the occasion, the flavours and variety of choices are delicious and whimsical! I love the flavour and fanciness of the cakes and cupcakes, but cheesecake brownies are to die for!! Thanks for always accommodating my requests, and also for continuing to come up with new wonders for my family and friends to try!!Even our little dog Maggie can't wait for what you will come up with next !!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free...lots of choices and yummy!!

Delicious cupcakes, and delicious gluten free cupcakes. Lots on display, a good variety, we easily walked in and bought 25 for our birthday party plus mini cheesecakes. They kept well in the fridge for a day and a half for the party. Thanks so much! Happy anniversary Cocabella!

Stopped in after Valentine's Day to pick up some goodies, they had tons to choose from. Cheesecake & the cupcakes were amazing, very light and fluffy, icing was the perfect amount and sweetness level. Will be back!!

Firstly this shop is very beautiful and clean. It’s nice to see the baker in the back working away at the cakes and they have lots of other neat gifts for sale. The cashier was friendly and helpful. Most definitely a place I would have hoped to frequent. I don’t have a review about the baked good as I unfortunately didn’t try any this time so my review is about the service. I tried on several occasions to contact this shop to no avail via phone (which I found out was disconnected) via Facebook and also via Instagram and had zero response. I expressed this and the baker behind the counter just kind of brushed off my frustration and said she was in the shop baking until 2 am and didn’t answer messages. While I can appreciate her position, it’s important for a business to have reliable communication! Her disposition was less than pleasant (I guess given the fact she was up until 2 am) and made me feel as if it was my fault I couldn’t contact them. In contrast I called cake box right after to find out about what cakes they had and I was immediately invited to send a message on fb where she sent me pictures of all the cakes they had! Two very different experiences. Anyway I hope to try them again soon but for now they need better customer service

Leaving their shop in tears. Tried to place an order for cake and cupcakes for a 1st bday party weeks ago. They dont do orders. But said to just come they always have lots of variety. When i tried to book i gave the date of this wknd. So they unfortunetly decided to make EVERYTHING sunflower themed. I asked if they could scrap the frosting off one of the cakes for me. No, they dont have time. So. My fault, should have never depended on a shop that only does walk ins. Sucks they had zero variety for this wknd knowing someone was going to be coming for what the tried to order. I wont go back.
