We had a terrible experience here on Saturday March 16. There were very few wait staff and the service was terrible. I ordered the chicken fingers which were so overcooked they were barely edible - I should have sent them back, but wondered if I'd ever get fed since the service was so slow. My mother ordered the fish and chips. The fish was also overdone. Completely dissatisfying.

Went here on a whim with my family because the place we wanted to go to was closed. They offered us bench seats at what we didn't realize was the bar section. There was a whole other side to the restaurantwhixh is semi-hidden which was nicer for a family. Would have been nice to have been shown that. The washrooms are oddly far from the restaurant and I had to dodge a couple drunk/high people walking in slo-mo in the stairwell. Felt unsafe honestly. Food was okayish. Onions rings tasted like oil kind of thing. Fajitas we're standard. Maybe it's the fact that it's downtown Kitchener that threw this place off.. but yeah wouldn't recommend. As we were leaving one customer drunkenly fell into my sister and another said thank you to us all sarcasticly because we were all waiting in front of the single handicapped washroom near the front door. Service was okayish.

Came in for a late dinner and drinks. The atmosphere was great and the service was awesome. The martinis were on special and dangerously delicious. The food was fresh and fast to come out. We had a great time and came back the next day for another drink.

I’m not a fan of their food although I tried only one dish. The alcohol prices are reasonable and is a good place to grab beers at an affordable price. The ambience is totally amazing and so are the hosts.

Very friendly environment, our sweet waitress was amazingly nice, friendly and made us feel comfortable ?It was my daughter's birthday, and she loved the food, the cozy atmosphere, and the sweet waitress.The food was delicious, the place was very accommodating, lots of parking in the back, TVs on each side of the restaurant (was watching the Super Bowl)I highly recommend this place ?

We went for half-priced appetizers after 9:00pm. When we got our bill, our waiter billed us the full price and when we asked about him correcting it, he denied the deal saying it was one half priced app and a drink. After saying that, we checked the bill again and saw that he didn't mark down any appetizers. When we tried clarifying and pointing out that it stated the half priced apps deal on the bottom of the recipt, he denied it again and spoke to us like we were stupid.We've been to this crabby's multiple times for half-priced apps and it's been perfectly fine - we've never had an issue getting the deal and definitely weren't spoken to like that before. We ended up having to pay the full price because we couldn't get another writer's attention to double check the bill.

Our server Sachin was awesome! He was quick to make sure we had everything we needed, and provided very a pleasant experience! The food was good, and it was delivered in a timely manner. The drinks were very tasty, and both the drinks and food were reasonably priced. Thanks!

Good times. Good tunes. Food is delicious. I enjoy pints during hockey games. The servers are funny and on point.
Constantly disrespected by the staff member Mandy Derry if you want to be sucked dry of money and completely humiliated this is the place to go he owner doesn't take charge and let's anything one staff member says go. Tipping graciously doesn't help you because most people at this establishment don't give a damn about you they just want your money . If management changed this place would improve Ben going for years and spent upwards of 60 thousand dollars but nothing is appreciated and even known...

We had a fantastic waiter (Tyson M). He was so personable, and his tableside manner really made the whole visit even better! The food was excellent! If we are in the area again, we will definitely want to go back!(Highly recommend the kids cheese pizza, poutine, mushroom mozza burger, big Joe burger, and loaded fries)
