The experience of ordering a cake for my wife's birthday was a mess from the get-go. I placed my order online and I was called yesterday to come in and pay for my order - which is absolutely fine, but on arrival to the store they wouldn't even take my order number, only how large the cake was and the price I was quoted by the website.I called today to check on the order status, and was told that the order wasn't marked as paid. I was told I could pick the order up after 5pm, arrived to the store to find the attached photo. The piping colour is wrong and it's messy, the photo is tiny and obviously terrible quality - not at all the quality you usually expect from Dairy Queen.It's disappointing to have to present something of poor quality for someone's birthday. We are from out of town so we had to drive in order to get it otherwise we would've brought it up to the staff while we were at the restaurant.

I took my boys here a few times in the last month. After the third time I swore never again. The floors, tables and benches were disgusting all three times. Ice cream (I'm assuming) splashes all of the stainless equipment, garbage overflowing (even at a slow period). Today there were receipts from their order machine all over the counter. No hair nets, no aprons. The first two times the two guys in the front were too busy yakking between themselves to take our order. My son ordered a brownie ice cream thing the first time.....came with everything. The second time he had to ask for the whipping cream...the server seemed annoyed with that and proceeded to put runny whipping cream all over his sundae brownie thing. This used to be a great place. Must have changed ownership. Will never go again..

My sister's order wasCombo 1 Chicken strips a poutine and drinkCombo 2 Two cheese burgersMy order wasCombo 1 spicy chicken sandwich fries and a drinkCombo 2 deluxe single hamburger a poutine and a drinkAll the chicken was dried and burnt and tasted like it was just warmed up in the microwave. The hamburger tasted like it was warmed up in the microwave as well and the lettuce was all soggy no tomatoes barely any ketchup and mayonnaise. Way to much cheese on the poutine and little gravy. I had to ask for more gray. And on top or that one order was done before the other and was sitting there getting cold well we waited like 10 mins for our next order. Food was cold and not fresh at all. Never go here again for food. I paid like $48 for two meals and sis paid $38 for her meals

Upon arriving at Dairy Queen at around 9:15 PM, with the closing time at 9:30 PM, the worker took the order but rudely requested me and my sister to arrive before 9:30 PM, even though it was still before 9:30 PM. Despite apologizing, the worker responded with an agitated attitude more than once, which the I had found to be unprofessional. Especially how one of the employees slightly threw a lid on the table toward my girlfriend and even when my spouse said thank you, they employee rolled their eyes. If I’m not incorrect you’re supposed to stop taking orders at 9:30PM, not get ready to leave for that time.I understand the rush in that situation but there is no need for the condescending tone or guilt tripping.

I visited this store today at around 4 :15 pm. One of the employees behaved very rudely with us and I felt very bad even I was with my husband. She also tried to ignore us. We were just asking about the increasing price and she replied rudely that it will increase day by day. To be honest , I will never visit this place again.

I ordered to take out. Lunch for 5. The order was missing a poutine. I happen to live nearby so I returned and asked the lady at the counter. She was polite and asked the cook for the missing poutine. When I was home I noticed a hair perfectly placed on top of the fries of the missing poutine. I hope this was an honest mistake and not something done on purpose. I threw your poutine on the green bin. Anyway, never again on this DQ. The store is usually dirty so my only reason to go there is convenience location. Never again. March 8 2024, around 2 pm.

Wow, this dq has gone so far down hill its unbelievable... waited 25 minutes for 2 fries with a dead room.... and that's why it's not busy anymore, we asked for our tbale to be wiped down but noone came, we cjust ate on a dirty table. Never again.
This location is always dirty! Dead flies, on the window sills, very sticky floors and the bathroom is so disgusting that I wouldn't even use it! The ice cream is okay but the place is so dirty!

This is the best Cake in the region. Popular with adults and kids equally. People often come for secondsMehreen is super kind. I told her the theme was frozen so she decorated the cake accordingly. Mr. Waseem is very efficient at his job and gives honest advice about which Cake to get.
