I love the smoothies here, but the wait can be ridiculous. Before the employee started making my order (1 smoothie) she asked me if ai wanted to browse the store and I said no, I didn’t have a ton of time, but it was no big rush. I stood there at the counter for 16 minutes waiting for it. There wasn’t a ridiculous rush of customers either (4 including me) so I don’t understand why it took so long. They also didn’t even acknowledge that I’d been there waiting for so long. I love supporting local businesses but this place doesn’t seem to value its customers or their time.

I went to this location back in summer 2016 and I was very disapointed with customer service in regards to the purchase of blueberrie vegan BIO Kand the smoothie of course.But one thing they are organized and have a lot of variety in store.They need to be more consistent with customers otherwise at the end of the year there will be a hole in theor pocket.. If you want a successful business.You need consistency.

Takes a lot for me to write a review however was very disappointed with my service today. Went in to get a smoothie place was near empty only 1 other customer. I asked the gentleman behind the counter what was in one of the smoothies as it didn’t say on the board… he didn’t even attempt to answer just rudely stated they were written down and pointed to a table. Came back after reading waited a couple minutes before he rudely stated “do you know what you want now?” (Wow sorry didn’t know I was such a bother in your empty store) I Stated the smoothie I wanted and then asked to have a energy infusion only for him to look around in confusion ask me if I knew which one that was and then start offering to put in random supplements in my smoothie which he didn’t know what they were I stated it was fine only for him to keep pestering me, another staff had to step in and say she said it was fine for him to stop. Then it taking over 10 minutes to get a smoothie with literally no one else in the store and final product wasn’t even good just taste like ice. 10/10 would not recommend. I wont be going back.

We go there on regular bases for shopping, My wife just went in today to use the bathroom and they said : no , you can't since you are not buying anything. We will not come back. There are plenty of stores with better customer service!
Swapna Viswanathan was very knowledgeable and guided me through some weight loss foods. She was very patient which I appreciated because i had a lot of questions,lol. Great Job!

Kudos on the excellent customer service and delicious products.Please add the option to tip on debit. I can't tell you how many times I've wanted to leave a tip but didn't have cash on me and the debit machine didn't allow me the option.

The two girls are so rude when I came in at 4 to get my smoothie. They were already cleaning the store not paying attention to anyone it took them 20 minutes to realize there were customers standing in line at the smoothie bar.
