Don’t call ahead to place an order. They will get everyone behind you first and you’ll be waiting over half an hour for your food.

Placed order at 12:45pm. Got the sub at 1:35pm. The in-house dining experience SUCKS. They prioritize skip/uber orders over the ones placed in-house. Today specifically, I witnessed multiple ppl and families walk out after waiting 30mins-1hrs to get food. One guest waited 20 mins to PLACE the order. The cashiers ring it in and then run to the kitchen to make the subs. If their short staffed (which is understandable), their doing a piss poor job of communicating that to guests.

Lady was very rude when we came in because of a email from firehouse that said the promo was for people who's name started with S and showed it to her and she rudely went "nope". The email was dated for today. Pretty embarrassing service won't be back.

Changing my review from 5 to 4 stars as I’ve had a mindset shift. I would do 3.5 if there was an option for that. I will say, the subs are delicious but not that delicious, there’s no need to charge that much for one of them like it’s a Michelin star sub. Get over yourselves.
