We have ordered from here a few times now, but tonight was my first time going in to pick up the order. (I went in around 6:15PM on Friday March 15th). The service team were super friendly, informative and just generally nice! The girl at the cash gave me some information on the firehouse subs APP. The guys at the prep counter were super nice and helpful when I asked for some extra hot sauce.All in all, a great pick up experience and super refreshing to be greeted by a friendly team! keep up the good work :)also, the sub was delicious (as expected)

Ordered two subs with two ingredients each, we were the only patrons in the establishment. Waited for 20 minutes to get the subs. When paying $30 for two subs (medium/large sub) this is ridiculous. Seems to be they care more about skip the dishes than in-store patrons. Also the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Truly wish I could get my money back, never again save your money and head to mr.sub.

Theres a very rude lady behind the counter she acts like she is paying you to have the food. She totally needs a good E.I. And maybe also need some help. I feel bad for her.

Went in at 7:30pm, was the only person in line. Was advised that they were out of everything that was not ham or turkey. Amended my order and got turkey. Was then advised it would be 15 minutes until my sub could be ready. You have 2 ingredients and need 15 min to make a sub with no line up. Will not be back.

Took 27 minutes from the time we ordered to receive our food, VERY DISAPPOINTING! Wasn't even busy, there were only 2 orders ahead of ours (our order was 2 subs, nothing special, the people ahead of us all had one or two subs so not sure why it was so EXCRUCIATINGLY slow to recieve said two subs!) don't mind waiting for quality, but almost half an hour wait is absolutely ridiculous. Will not be returning to this location!

My Engine Co sub was great, as typically. However, we should have double checked the other sub BEFORE we left. Once home, found that the Bacon Ranch sub had white instead of requested wheat. Still tasted good.
