I introduced my husband to this fabulous Indian Hakka restaurant which we visited recently for dinner. We ordered delicious Nepalese Chicken Tandoori Malai Momos which I had raved about ever since I ordered them once for lunch. The momos arrived on a sizzling platter with crisp shredded cabbage and a coriander dipping sauce. After tasting them, my husband agreed he would definitely order them again! We also ordered battered, mildly spiced Hakka Salt and Pepper Prawns (highly recommended), along with Lamb Saag curry, Jeera rice and Garlic Naan. The food arrived quickly and the staff were very friendly. Everything tasted delicious! Although we were very full and satisfied we couldn't resist ordering some tasty sweets, Gulab Juman and Rasmulai, for dessert with some Masala tea. This neighborhood gem is one of the best Indian restaurants in KW -- we look forward to coming back!
Horrible momos. We ordered one veg schezwan momos, they had chicken in them. Also it was so stale. We also ordered one tandoori chicken momos, they were really bad too! Just food color, no taste and very stale

I along with my friend, went here tonight for dinner and had a traumatizing experience. We ordered veg sechuan momo as appetizers, our whole order was vegetarian, we had few momo and then we found out they have mixed few chicken momo in our order. The staff seemed casual about the issue. After telling the staff regarding it they just simply apologized as if I am complaining about the taste of the food, their manager/owner told us that these things happen “sometimes” (I was shocked by the casuality they told us with)and in turn asked to get a remake, we denied as now we don’t know what kind of kitchen hygiene they have, next thing we asked for our bill as we want to get out of the place as soon as possible. They did not charged us for that dish but this doesn’t make things right, we are traumatized for life and now will think twice before eating outside at any place. It is against our religion and diet. I am very sure they are keeping veg and chicken momo together and now will be serving this contaminated food to anyone ordering momo as there is no way to check what’s inside a momo without cutting it open, which I am sure they won’t do. I would not recommend this place to anyone who has any kind of dietary restrictions. A BIG NO FOR VEGANS AND VEGETARIANS.
