I am regular customer at fresh burrito. I found the Best customer service by a new girl with spectacles (maybe trainee). I asked her name, her initial was letter "R" (had a short name, I don't exactly remember, maybe her name was "rutu" or something like that).Her burrito was perfectly wrapped and toasted, I never had such good experience from any other employee at that location. I ordered burrito, fries, churros, and other. She knows how to serve customer with proper communication skills and a smile at the face.Best customer service ever !!!

I placed my food order from skip the dishes. They gave me the wrong order I called the restaurant and the manager didn't want to come right away and yelled from behind and told the server to stop explaining and disconnect the call. I don't know how this woman runs her restaurant. They provided the worst customer service. The order is not replaced, I am told verbally that whenever I come next, I will get a free meal. No message or text message was sent to me. This is a horrible place. Will never order food from here. Miss manager you had one job. Although the server was nice to me and she apologized as well. They gave me a call after 10 mins and told me that the manager will deliver the food, she took my address and kept me waiting for two hours. The manager never showed up. This is really ridiculous. I tried to reach out to them and they have blocked my number. Shame on you guys!

Hello , i am a regular customer of fresh burrito, kitchener. I used to order a falafel burrito.Everytime i get 5-6 falafel in a burrito.This time a new employee was there. She don’t know how many falafel are there in a large one. So she put 3. I told her that I ordered a large one so she told me that i can give you one extra so in total she put 4 falafel in fryer. Then after when they came out of the fryer she put the whole falafal balls in my burrito without even smashing them properly.No timer for the falafel to cook properly from inside out. Just randomly take out falafal. It has to be 6 minutes as per the other locations. In Cambridge when i went there to eat they told me it has to be cooked properly for 6 minutes. Please give enough training to your new employees. Done leave them alone in order to save few dollars.You lost one permanent customer.

I have ordered Sauteed veggies burrito bowl with falafel( extra charge as per their advertisement).She charge me $11.99 for large falafel bowl and $2.99 for sautéed veggies.So technically as per there advertisement the charge should be $11.99 for a large sauteed veggies & $1.00 for falafel as per their ad.I know we are going through inflation but it dosen’t mean you loot other people

This place was once one of my favorite go to spots, over the last year prices have increased significantly and portion sizes continue to reduce, I ordered a supreme fries with ground beef, $3.99 to add ground beef, when I got home there was so little ground beef that it was gone in two bites and there were so few veggies they weren't even noticable, compared to the heaping supreme fries I've always enjoyed on a regular basis since they opened almost 10 years ago I will be looking for a new burrito shop.

The lady that made my burrito made it soggy. She mixed my food around, trying to mix the sauce blend. However, my wrap just couldn't handle this wrap overload.When touching my wrap, it was clear this thing was going to fall apart. The first picture is when I unwrapped the burrito. The second picture was when I took a bite, you can see the guts leaking out. And the third, it was a result. This burrito couldn't handle the wrapping. Skip the Dishes & Ubers, you should request a fork with these guys!Sorry guys, you need to improve your burrito wrapping
This place has taken a complete nosedive. I've been going there since they opened in 2015 and I don't know whether they have changed ownership or something, but the cleanliness of the place was absolutely disgusting.The whole place smelled like an old wet mop bucket. The tables and chairs weren't clean and we're falling apart. There was loose tiles and broken finishes on the walls.The food was stale. And the servings were all out of proportion. My burrito was drowning in so much sauce that it instantly fell apart when I opened it. My wife barely touched her tacos because again they were drowning in sauce with gross hard shrimp and stale veggies. IDK what's going on but this place has gone from a solid 4 to barely a 1.

Rude staff. I’m an Uber Eats driver, and went to pick up an order from this location. When I walked in, I was greeted with “what took you so long”. The cashier started talking about how she made the order at 1:20 and was waiting since then. I didn’t even have the order assigned until after 1:30. The original driver cancelled, it was reassigned to me, and your staff took that out on me. Very unprofessional.

These have to be the LEAST Mexican burritos in Kitchener. Just go and show up, you will know what I mean. The burritos tasted more like shawarma than fresh mexican burritos.Not bad overall, just probably not what you will be expecting. The Supreme cheese fries were delicious, so if you go, make sure you get the cheese fries.
