Great taste great.However, ordering is a bit difficult with an overcrowded menu high up on the wall where it’s hard to see. Also doesn’t help that the screen changes every once in a while, mainly while I’m staring at it trying to figure out what I want.Worse though, the bathroom strobe lights have been going for at least 3 months.A few little tweaks to this place and it could be fantastic.Vegetarian options: Veggies and tofu, so mix and match for a delicious meal.

Ordered a Budda Satay this evening and stayed to enjoy my meal. Customer service was excellent, asked questions and helped me decide between a wrap or bowl, the restaurant was very clean. Wished the portion size was a little more reflective of the price, otherwise great service.

Their portion size is ridiculously small. I added steak for $4 extra dollars but only get a few small pieces...I still like the taste of Freshii but will never visit this location again.

I normally love this location but it seems to be only when one specific woman makes our food. But today I went and got two bowls and both of them were more than half empty... When I'm spending almost $40 for two bowls this is completely unacceptable...

My sister & I were starving when we crossed into Canada on our way to our hotel in Cambridge. We wanted something lite because we had to wake up at 3am to catch our 6am flight & didn’t want to be too full going to bed at 7:30pmThis place had so many options! They had rice bowls, salads, wraps, soup, & burritos! I ordered the Cobb salad with no corn, it had romaine lettuce, mixed greens, avocado, hard boiled egg, bacon, cheese, tomatoes, chicken, with a Greek yogurt ranch dressing! Let me tell you, this was an amazing salad! The owner was very welcoming, friendly, & prepared our orders really quickly even though we were the only ones in the place, which I was shocked by! The restaurant was clean, inviting, & there are many tables for people to sit & eat at. This is a great healthy lunch & dinner spot! Very very nice!

I got tortilla soup and it was luke warm to room temperature. The tortilla chips it came with were extremely stale. I had soup here last year and it was much better- warm and a bigger size. Not worth $13With the protein added.You cannot hear the servers beside the fridge because it is so loud.
I’m normally a huge fan of Freshii, and eat regularly at different locations. This specific location does not meet the franchise standards. When I’m paying $12+ for a salad I expect the bowl to be full, looks like I’m missing half the salad. This is not the first time they’ve made bowls/salads with half the amount of ingredients. Such a rip off.

Loved the food. I had a customized wrap, with chicken as protein, romaine as base, beet slaw, cilantro, fried wontons as toppings and spicy peanut sauce. It was so good and tummy-filling. Worth the price. Must-Try.

Skimpy, Skimpy bowl portions - Ive been to many Freshii outlets and one of the best for portions is Grimsby ! The bowl is full, over the top, every time !!

Worst freshii franchise in Ontario! Worst food compared to others, and rude staff.They have all these covid protocols, but then make you use the key pad on the debit machine to add a tip to the order- removing the contactless purchases- really silly, none of the other freshii ask for a tip or make you touch the same debit machine as every other person that walks in.

This freshii location has been fantastic for me. I've ordered here a few times and never had any bad experiences and the veggies have always been fresh. I really like freshii's option of ordering online and making my bowl exactly as I like. The other benefit of online ordering is that the order will be waiting at the takeout counter upon arrival and I can be in and out of there in no time at all (great lunch time saver).
