Good food and good service. However, their prices have increased and the portion sizes have decreased significantly. The steak was very dry and cold. Their other bowls are usually pretty good though.

I ordered a bowl with a different dressing that usually comes with it. I asked the girl before she gave the bowl to me if she honored my wishes. She said yes. I opened the bowl later and it was the wrong dressing on it. They do not listen. Very poor customer service. I will not be going back!

At first when you got a bowl it was filled to the lid, then it was down to the lone 1/2 inch below the lid now it’s 1/2 inch below that line.
Saving money? Not sure but the value is going down hill with the shortage on the greens or rice
