Terrible and unprofessional owner, he's giving this place a bad reputation. I paid for my food and asked for a cup or glass of water, and he refused, he expected clients to purchase water bottles with their food, or you get nothing! Is there a restaurant or fast food in Canada that refuses to serve a cup or glass of water if you have already purchased a meal??? Disgusting behavior, I will not return to this place, and encourage people to avoid this place at all costs!

When I arrived, no one was in the restaurant.I placed my order, and I wasn't asked if it's for here or to go. My food was packed in a takeout container.They are giving the Galito's franchise a bad name!!!! I ordered the double 1/4 leg extra hot. The leg was burnt, and it wasn't marinated with hotsauce. Only hotsauslce was poured on the chicken once it came off the grill and placed in a plastic takeout container. Horrible taste!!! The fries taste like the oil hasn't been changed in months!!! No weeks, but MONTHS!!!!THE fries are hard as a rock as if they were fried 3 or 4 times already before it was served to me. Never again will I go there!!! I DONT RECOMMEND YOU GO THERE TO EAT!! TO THE OWNER, PLEASE MAKE THESE CHANGES AND YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY BUSY! YOU ARE THE ONLY GALITOS RESTAURANT IN A 15KM RADIUS I THINK AT LEAST 15KM.

The food quality is good. My review is on customer dealing with the objective of reaching to the owner so he could make amends, if he doesnot know already.I found their customer dealing cold and judgy. While their was only one person handling kitchen and counter, he made us wait for several minutes to even talk to, he saw us but completely ignored, not even mentioned us to wait he is busy or come back at 5 mins. And I had a friend whose a newcomer just landed an Indian student while he had questions, the guy taking order was ignoring his questions, I dont know why but it felt bad. We were not warmly greeted, no smiles, no thank you, and it was a huge task to place an order with this guy. Service industry has to be warm and polite. We don't order to be treated differently.Certainly I would order again however only delivery. The service guy can keep his behavior to himself.

I gave 3 star for atmosphere as its a small place not good for dine in. But the food is definitely great. Make sure to say yes to peri peri on your fries its worth it than eating it plain.
The food is really good, but their notion of portion size is a little ridiculous. As an example, they claim the whole chicken can feed 2-3 people with 2 sides. Well, we ordered rice and corn because everything else was potatoes and we did not want carb on top of carb. How surprised we were when we got home and found out the "corn side dish" was actually 1 corn cob... not even a big one that we could split in half. So our family could not properly share a meal. 2 people had the rice with chicken. One person had corn and chicken. When I think of a family sharing a meal, I presume every person having one part of the sides. So excuse me, but I expected a container of the same size of rice with corn and instead I got 1 small corn cob.The other thing is parking... horrible spot to park. I doubt we will ever order from there again, but if we do, I will do delivery. Dine-in and take-out are impossible.Parking: Horrible spot. No parking. Too close to a bus stop which makes it even more difficult.

We were a group of families spending the Canada Day Celebration in Kitchener, we were looking for a halal restaurant to eat and found Galitos within a minute walk from our Hotel, we arrived at 7;50 P.M The restaurant closes at 8P.M. the staff were so accommodating that even after cleaning up their cooking areas they immediately accept our request and prepares our meal, needless to say everyone enjoyed their Meals .some in the group never tried Galitos before but were very satisfied with the food. I will definitely give this establishment and their team a 5 star review for taste cleanliness and politeness.
