I spend every break here, the owners are very nice and friendly. They give their costumers a fair price and as a costumer I appreciate being greeted with a smile. In general, I am very happy and proud to be a costumer of such a friendly environment. The owner gives me free garlic sauce as well for being a regular. The wide variety of pizzas is also amazing, you can choose pretty much anything you want and the range of sauces they have is amazing, my personal favourite is honey garlic. In conclusion, I really enjoy buying my pizza here.

I have gone to this location to get veggie slice. After one bite I found long hair in slice. I went to the lady working there(owner) she said i will replace the slice but I dont have veggie slice so she gave me cheese slice. I asked for price difference and she laughed and said its only 1 dollar. And start making weird laughing comments like she was annoyed why I asked for refund. Then she threw the dollar on counter and to which I responded I dont need pizza slice I need my money back. She told me I already had bite of ( hairy pizza) so she wont refund and walked backed into kitchen. I was talking to her and she stopped responding like I dont even exist. I left dolloar and pizza slice and called corporate and made complain. Its been 1 month they never responded to how they will handle my complain. It is not about money or pizza. I HAD WORSE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WITH PEOPLE WORKING THERE AND WELL THE CORPORATE OFFICE. NEVER GOING TO HAVE GINO PIZZA. WORSE PLACE TO HAVE PIZZA
