We tried to order online or on phone the restaurant said to come in it is quicker and then do not do phone orders. I arrived there and almost instantly went into a meltdown. Placed an online order, was cancelled immediately yet they still took payment for the order. I called them to see why it was cancelled and I was told that online ordering was unavailable for today, I asked why they took the money for my order even though it was cancelled and all they said is you will get it back in 3-5 days.If you are not accepting online orders shut it down. Why am I paying for something I will not get and now have to wait for a refund. There was nothing posted on your website stating online orders were unavailable or anything. Very shady in my opinion and obviously will not be ordering from here again.** There was ZERO confusion with my online order it was a flaw on your part. Nothing is posted saying online order is unavailable, this is a flaw on your end not customer confusion**

Been here before a few times pre-covid. Was decent, nothing special.However..Went here recently, got 3x lunch specials.Fish was extremely greasy n small portion... They compensated that with a lot of fries. But I was shocked with the fries!! they seemed as if they were a day old! Dried, hard crusty.Edit.They have improved!!!!

There was a young lady working today march 19 at 5pm. I was standing at the door and answering a phone call it. She started yelling and causing a whole scene waving hands around. VERY RUDE! PEOPLE IN STORE WERE WATCHING, OTHER WORKERS QUESTIONING HER BEHAVIOR! I told her several times to stop being mean and she kept yelling. total of 4 minutes and 20 seconds in store.

Rude staff and disgusting disrespectful behavior. We kindly asked whether they have a job opening, and the lady who spoke was racially abusive. She had no right to speak with Canadians in that manner. I went along with my friend. Both of us decently enquired, and the lady was a complete racist. I wish you the best and hope you learn a good lesson and become better business owners.

Any person who walks into your restaurant should be treated with respect. A simple "no openings at the moment" would have been sufficient, why do you need to act disrespectfully? Do we only deserve respect if we are a paying customer? I wish you all the best for your business, but please work on your demeanor, even if for the sake of your own business. This is Canada, isn't it?EDIT2:You can do all the damage control you want. We are not a big coordinated effort wanting to cause nuisance or disrupt your business. We have no incentive for that. In any case, we have been and will be polite and hope you will be too, in the future.

We each ordered hadock. I had fries and the other guest had rice.The server was very nice. She noticed I was unhappy and asked if I would like crispier fries?????. Had it happened a lot.Not only were the fries under cooked. So was both of our fish and tasted greasy. I was very disappointed. The quality certainly wasn't there. Chances of us going back...Not likely
