Everything burn, potatoes burn, chicken burn, I don't understand how they delivered food burn to a customer, if u had a problem in the kitchen the right thing to do is put it in garbage and make new ones, no just delivered like that!

I am a regular customer every saturday night I order 2 shwarma wrap with no lettuce and my all time favorite "EXTRA HOT" and big thank you for Chef Rizwan he is so humble and polite Thank you Highland Halal Shawarma for providing exceptional service ❤️

I usually really love this place - I've been going every couple weeks for years. However, it seems like since they've been using delivery apps that they no longer know how to handle the demand.I called to pick up two wraps, was told it would take 20 minutes. I arrive 20 minutes later, and my order hasn't even been started! He tells me 5-10 minutes more. I show up 10 minutes later and still no food. I come back 10 minutes later and my food is ready.He did tell me sorry for the wait, however 40 minutes for two wraps is ridiculous and has never happened to me, even during lunch/dinner rush.I won't rate the place low for one bad experience since I usually love seeing the older guy that works there. However, they need to have a stern look at how they prioritize orders or hire more staff, because being lied to twice about the wait is frustrating.

Unique taste and great food quantity for a low price.Chicken shawarma plate or Beef gyro plate is $16.50 here.The same thing would cost $21+ on other chain-restaurants.
The chicken is full of cartlidge. Inedible, was pulling chucks of chewy cartridge out of my mouth the first 2 bites. Absolutely disgusting, low grade chicken scraps.
