Terrible service overall: both the chef and the server. The server did not take the order right. Brought the chili garlic shrimp sirloin with no shrimp. Also, the potato smelled wrong and was stale. Baked potato did not had anything on it except two small butter containers put inside the potato and Julian cut spring onion on the side. We have never seen anything like this. We ordered fries and they put the fries in a soup bowl. The server was standing on the door and did not even say good bye to us when we were leaving. Ruined the birth day lunch all together. Even after the complain, the manager make any inquiry to what is wrong.

Not normally a fan of chain restaurants but went for the half price wings. They were surprisingly excellent, cooked exactly as we asked and great flavour. We had one person in our group with an allergy and the manager went out of his way to accommodate it. Service was great and the waitress was friendly. It was a bit noisy bc of screaming kids but that's not their fault. Will definitely be back again for half price wings

I'm a Kelsey's fan but I don't recommend this location, everything that I ordered was made below their typical standard. The pasta sauce and fries were way too salty (as if someone accidentally dumped out the salt shaker in both of these), the cheese in the mac and cheese had barely melted, the cookie was burnt, etc.
