If I could give a 0 star I would’ve. I ordered a bucket of chicken and chicken popcorn but every piece was very small and cold. I don’t leave bad reviews but this was too horrible not too.

Workers aren’t very friendly, service is super slow, and they never answer the phone which helps a lot for me because i order the plant-based sandwich which takes 10 minutes to make.

Went today Super Bowl Sunday to get a bucket of chicken and they could not fill a bucket as they had very little chicken seems like someone dropped the ball big time as they have a promotion for buy one bucket get one free. They did not even offer any discount on future bucket or anything.

Whenever I go here they don't make my order right.They always leave out at least 1 item.I try to call and complain about my order when I get home and I'm sure they just have the phone off the hook because its literally always busy.I will never go here again.I have given them more chances then they deserve...The management of this establishment should seriously assess there staff because I'm 100% sure they are loosing business on a regular basis due to this..

I felt like the employees were not friendly. Everyone went to the backside and was just talking, and we had to call them when we needed something. Also, when I asked for some ketchup with my order, one of the employees acted like I owed her some money. I definitely feel like those kinds of attitudes don't work for a customer service job. I usually go to this store whenever I feel like having KFC, but now I doubt I will go there again due to the employees' attitude and unfriendliness.

I spent $11.30 for 3pcs chicken strips. The (toonnie) $2 chicken deal before was way more worth the money. I would rather go to a food court and spent 12 bucks for rice and meat. It was just a piece when u combine the 3 . It was like a size of nugget that was stretch with more breadings. Will never come back to this location. Oh and, they were out of napkins. *just lick your fingers when your done with your streched nuggets. Lol

Food is how kfc food should be, the customer service is horrible, you will order from skip they will not put all your items in and make you drive to get your proper order and then laugh in the back as a group. No consideration to the customer for their mistake. Will not be ordering from a store like this!

Tonight we got a 12pc bucket. Worst decision. Half the weight of the “food” (if that’s what you wanna call it) was the puddle of grease in the bottom of the bucket. There was zero crisp and the batter was heavily saturated in oil. I can only assume they are overloading the fryer, causing the temp to drop and not allow the skin to crisp. I feel like KFC has been going downhill for quite sometime, and this location has always been hit and miss. However, as someone who has worked on the food service business, I would be embarrassed to serve what I received this evening, to a family of four, as an acceptable meal.
The Indian cashier was rude while speaking and behaving.

The chicken is crispy and delicious except the fact it's oily just like the chicken sandwich the place is dirty the corners look horrendous the seats are not cleaned overall if you are looking to eat somewhere don't come

Despite how basic the menu is, they don't know what a 4 pc is. Whoever took our order condescendingly needed to clarify by stating they "don't know what that means...a 4 pc what? Like...I don't know what that means...."Seriously?I've never posted a bad review before, (even when deserved.) This has me wondering how having at least 4 or 5 staff in an entirely empty restaurant, you cannot just kindly take an order and not be super rude and condescending in the process! The quality of the meal was absolutely terrible as well! Come on! What a waste of money.
