Was there for 23 minutes finally went in and they had been serving people through the drive through and forgot about me again. This has happened a few times if you're selling chicken. Have chicken ready. Do not recommend this particular k. FC terrible service. Nice of somebody in their new english.

Disgusting!! Did it change ownership?My big crunch was a tiny piece of undercooked chicken, my frys were so over salted and my small container of coleslaw was only half full. My husband had a 3 peice meal and the chicken tasted like it had been recooked from the previous day. 35 bucks for those 2 meals that got thrown in the trash! Never again!!

Worst place to pickup orders for doordash delivery drivers. Happened to me twice hence leaving the review. Pickup time was at 2:03 PM, I walked in at 2:02 PM was told by the server it’ll 8 mins, (who is always in a bad mood. I had to wait till 2:22 PM to receive the order. And no apologies or sympathy offered by the manager, not even a smile. When told to the manager, she said she couldn’t tell me up front as I would cancel. Waiting for even 10 minutes in peak lunch hours is too much for us as doordash doesn’t pay us for wait times at the restaurant. If you’re late for an order, be upfront and let the drivers so we can cancel it, someone else can pick it up after us.In this day and age, having such bad customer facing team, big loss for the business.

KFC use to taste good! Now it don’t taste the same! They changed the coating to the chicken. Chicken has a weird taste, fries are too salty! The pieces of Chicken are a lot smaller now! Biscuits are good, that’s about all I liked! Service was great! She was very nice & friendly!

Every so often I’m out and about and need a bit of lunch and see a KFC. I think of how great it was in the 90s when my dad would come home with a bucket of KFC for dinner and I think .. ya. .. KFC. I’m going to stop here ….. and every time I regret it. I waited at the counter for quite some time before anyone even acknowledged me. Order there new chicken nuggets. They told me it would take 10 min. Ugg Ok. I’m already here …. 2 min later they came out with a box of nuggets …? Hmm. Great.Wondering what KFCs new nuggets task like? Take 3 packets of salt from the condiment section. Open all three and put the salt directly into you mouth. This is what the nuggets taste like like .Fries were small.Pepsi not Coke.And of course $$$.See you again in a few years when I have forgotten all this and this hey KFC it’s been so long …..
